The breakfast is very plentiful and many different selections to choose from. Fresh coffee is available at the front desk the entire day and night. The location is excellent and there is a convenience store, gas station and pharmacy right next door. Staff is very pleasant and easy to get along with. It is easy to see that everyone we met thoroughly enjoys their job and working at the AmericInn. Very attentive to details and providing exceptional customer service.

Nothing could have been better. Swimming pool could stay open 24 hours.

The hotel was clean and lived up to our expectations. Our room was clean and spacious. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. There’s complimentary breakfast, guest computer, swimming pool, snacks for purchase, etc. The hotel is right next to MSU Mankato along with nearby places to eat and shop. The drive to Walmart, Target, and the mall is convenient. Overall, if we find ourselves in Mankato, MN again, we’ll definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel doesn’t have an elevator. However, one of the front desk staff offered to assist us with carrying our bags upstairs.

Rooms are nice and clean. Very comfortable. Happy we got a main floor room as there was no elevator. Plenty of towels and they were very clean. Breakfast was very good. Loved the pancake makers. Although breakfast was over at 9, and the lights were promptly turned off as was the pancake machine. Great toiletries in the room.

The floor was very cold being on the main floor. The shower head needs replacing or repairing, it sprays water everywhere. Went to get ice with the ice bucket and it was very very dirty. But we did ask for a new one and got it.

The staff was great. We were going to go to the store and get a fan and they offer and had one at the location that we could use. That was great. It saved us time and money. The staff was just great. The hotel was clean and close to everything. The pool was nice and warm too! The kids lived the pool.

Not one thing did we not like or enjoy. Everything was just great!

Breakfast is the best in town, soft pillows, quiet even during msu homecoming. Easy wifi access, early check in was amazing. Pool, awesome, staff 12/10, will come back.

Could be a bigger parking lot (I know and understand this is something they can't fix) just got a bit crowded near the evening. Had to do a lap in the lot at one point.

Our suite suited our family's needs. 2 adults, 1 child. Comfortable beds. Nice size, clean rooms. 2 large TVs. Jacuzzi & fireplace were amazing on a cold night. Pool and hot tub were great, as well as the free breakfast (best we've had!) The staff at the front desk were very courteous! We'll be back when in the area. Thanks!

Nothing really, but smart TVs would be a huge plus!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Ice machine was broke on our floor but a staff member was able to get us some. Breakfast was good and that area was nice and clean. We were bikers so location was very close to trails.

There was something that had dripped down the wall maybe chocolate..I took a sanitized wipe and washed it off. The area around the nighstand by the window was very dusty. Not vacuemed.

Breakfast was very good. Nice choices. Location had some eating choices within walking distance. Beds were comfortable. and rooms quiet even though on the ground floor.

A slightly older feel to the facility but still nice.

The hotel is in a great location, room was clean but pretty small. Continental breakfast was great with plenty of options including a few hot options.

Room was small but comfortable. Very nice sized television in the room. Bathroom was tight.

A fav location if you need to be close to MSU.

It tends to be a bit pricey. And they could do a bit more about the cleanliness.
