The room was very clean and well organized. The location of the hotel was good. Lots of charger plug-ins. The price was good. We did not eat the breakfast.

I had read a review that the pillows were very hard. I don't like hard pillows, so I brought one from home. It was true that the pillows were very hard and stiff.

Comfortable bed, pillows could be a little better. I did get stuck in the bathroom, the door was suctioned shut, near panic😂

That i was charged a 100.00 deposit for the room, supposedly refunded on my departure. I prepaid for the room, but then was informed I needed to pay a refundable deposit?

That it was located only 7 miles from Event Center. It was clean and taken care of..

The step going down on the back stairs needs to be painted bright yellow. It is hard to know it's there, blends in & someone will fall and get hurt. Also could use railings on each side.

The staff was prompt and kind. The hotel is being painted and updated and is looking good. It was quiet and I had a room just a few feet from the front door on the main level.

Everything was good, coffee access earlier around 530 would have been nice.

Convenient location. The hotel was clean and quiet enough. Staff was helpful.

No elevators, had to use stairs. The beds were very firm. Breakfast was simple with few offerings.

the pillows wear to big for me . Could have more things to choose from for breakfast . bathroom was a little small

The breakfast was basic, but very organized with all items fully stocked. I would have liked to have a lid for my to-go coffee cup. Loved the bagels!

The beds were hard. Pillows were stuffed into pillowcases that were too small. That made the pillows lumpy.

I came for a dog show. I wish the pet fee would’ve been more upfront somewhere. $20 per dog per night is a bit on the high side especially if you’re staying 4 nights with two well behaved dogs. We worked something out when I checked in which I appreciate.
