As always the staff was impeccable and warm and accommodating. This is by far my favorite hotel to stay at when visiting family in Albert Lea. I often recommend two family members and we book multiple rooms at a time. The hotel is great for the value in the facilities are always clean and warm and welcoming.

I only had one small issue this time around and I've been staying here for years and this is the first time I've ever had an issue. I paid the extra money to book a suite with the spa tub and unfortunately the tub was not working when I stayed. The Jets would not engage. It was late at night when I attempted to use so I didn't bother the hotel staff as there was very little they could probably do and did not want to change rooms at such a late hour. I did notify them upon checkout

Wonderful staff, very friendly lady that was taking care of the plants and grounds out front. Clean rooms & Solid breakfast.

Our fridge didn’t work at check in but seemed it was a very recent issue as it still has some ice in the back. Too tired to deal but alerted staff in the morning who was responsive.

The location of the hotel is great. Fast food in the next parking lot, gas station and coffee shop across the main road to fuel up before heading out. There's a large grassy area between this hotel and the next, which is wonderful to walk the dogs in after a long day driving. Booking doesn't have an option for me to list that I have pets however, I've never been charged up on arrival, and staff never make a deal out of it. I feel very welcomed each time, even when we arrive late into the night.

AmericInn is a great value for the stay. Everything was clean and the breakfast was pretty good.

The only issue we had was that the pool was kinda chilly. The nice man from the desk came in and turned the heat up.

Easy access to food and dining. Pool and hot tub area was very clean. Bed were comfortable. Nice and quiet.

Bathrooms could use extra cleaning or atleast inspect it before renting it. Nothing too horrible just minor things that could be easily corrected

I got in late and was so tired. The room was clean and cozy. Appreciated a staff member who brought my cc to my room as I didn't grab it. The breakfast was good. Love the waffles 🧇 Thanks for a great stay.

Comfortable beds, rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast is really nice, waffles and biscuits and gravy. Cereal, boiled eggs. There was something for everyone.

The only complaint I had is the carpet in the room felt a little sticky. Most likely too much shampoo when they cleaned it. Otherwise the room was great!

Conveniently located close to Hyvee, Applebees, McDonald’s, Hyvee Gas and other places! The Pool was good for the kids

The tub and sink didn’t drain properly and microwave went out on us

Close to the event we were attending. Pool was wonderful so was the hot tub. Close to stores and restaurants.

Not a very good variety of breakfast choices. Really do not care for biscuits and gravy and that is what they serverd both days. Would have preferred eggs and sausage or bacon.
