Good location, just off the highway and close to a number of fast food restaurants and a gas station; breakfast was decent for a budget hotel: microwave your own egg/sausage muffins, cold cereal, porridge packages, waffles, danish, mini bagels, muffins, juice, apples, oranges; breakfast room was lovely; lobby and hallways were spotless and nicely decorated; room was clean; parking lot was well lit; pool area looked really nice although we didn’t get to use it. Front desk thought the wifi wouldn’t work as they were having trouble with it, but we signed in fine, although it was a little slow at times.

Parts of the hotel room look older, but didn’t affect the stay; the chain lock didn’t work in our room, but the deadbolt was fine.

The interior was remodeled. It looked amazing. Beds were comfortable. Floor was not dirty. Good cable channels.

Driving up to the hotel, it looked rough and run down. The parking lot was empty. Breakfast consisted of foods from Walmart brand Great Value. Some of the labels on the yogurt were discoloring and peeling. There was a sign on certain items stating one per person.

Matt at front desk was fantastic. We have problems with the ice machine so he found one that worked for us. We had a breakdown in our vehicle and he called all over trying to find us someone who could jump start the vehicle and then he worked with the area of businesses to find us a solution

I wish the pool would have been working the night that we stayed but I understand sometimes that happens. The ice situation was a little stressful for my husband but otherwise it was very very nice day

It was easy to find and had plenty of rooms and space.

This was not a big problem but in order to get to our room on the third floor we had to walk the entire length of the buildings from where we parked to get to it. The breakfast was ok(there were plenty of options) but if you wanted something hot you had to heat it up in a microwave.

The facilities were great. The breakfast was good. Something for myself and the wife. The staff was awesome and were very friendly. Always willing to help and when he tv didn't work they put us in a room right next door.

The only thing we didn't like was the low toilet. I had hurt my knee just before we got there and it seemed like we were almost sitting on the floor. Reminded me of an elementary bathroom for little kids. However, the shower was great.

Evening front desk lady went above expectations. Had Tornado Warning happening and she was telling those that want to, to park under awning because of the Hail that was expected. She opened doors for those with full hands. The bottom 2 floor Ice Machines didn't work so she ran up to the 3rd floor and got some for me.

Bottom 2 floor Ice Machines weren't working. Over Night front desk lady had attitude in the morning. Bed too soft.

The hotel complex is not new, but the condition of the property was really good. In fact, as I drove up my first thought was, "Oh, great, and old hotel." But when I looked closer the exterior was dated but in very good shape. When I entered the lobby I was greeted by a 80/90's retro hotel that was actually kind of cool. The lobby furniture was actually quite cool. It was retro and in great condition. As I looked closer I noticed how clean everything was and how well cared for the place was. That experience was the same when I entered my room. Finally, the breakfast was really good. They even had an automatic pancake maker!

The only things I didn't like were the toilet was small and took a lot of water to flush, and the in-room A/C unit was quite loud. I am sure I could have asked to move to a different room, but nothing was annoying enough to ask for a different room.

The breakfast quality was better than I expected, the staff were phenomenal, the front desk agent told me that their boss is amazing. It makes a huge difference when employees are treated with respect and are showed that they are valued. Thank you for being good to your employees, and thank you for the comfortable stay!

I guess if you wanted to step up your already impressive service, you could buy gently used pack n plays for guests with babies. That would have been a game changer, but your service is already above and beyond what I expected.

This is an older but still nice property. It was clearly an upscale hotel in its younger days - attractive granite tile floors in the public areas, etc. While we did not use the indoor pool, it is very attractive and was being enjoyed a great deal by others. The room was very clean and comfortable, with good fixtures and comfortable beds. It was also larger than most motel rooms with two queen beds.

As is typical of older properties, there were not as many electrical outlets as is generally found in newer construction. Still there were enough for our needs. Breakfast was quite ordinary (no hot dishes except waffles, although there were microwavable "omelets" and oatmeal) but better than many.

The pool was very big and there was plenty of space to sit and watch the kids swum. The breakfast was very nice and there was plenty of spots to sit. The hotel was decent and a good value. It was what we needed for the night stay and the location was good.

The rooms were a bit dated and they were really small. It did have some dust and cobwebs around the air-conditioner.
