I was very surprised, as I had stayed there 4 or more years ago,& it wasn't great. But I had a 1 queen bed room, it was spotless,& believe me, I checked! I has booked it @ last minute, on my way to Minnesota from iowa. Got a really good deal! Perfect location, easy parking. Caseys is in walking distance, right beside the hotel, if you need anything. Easy check in & left keycard on counter when I left. Nice big TV! Refrig, microwave, hair dryer, toiletries, a regular mini coffee pot that you can put a mini filter in it( i like, ) but it does have those flat coffee filters. I had brought my own. Lots of times i wouldnt use a coffee pot @ a hotel for nothing😝 BUT I CHECKED & ran water through it, IT WAS CLEAN! YES!!! Bathrm was newly remodeled,& very clean! Carpet even looked clean,& chairs & couch, bed spread, towels & wash cloths were too! No weird smells or stains either! Bed was comfy, pillows, maybe could of been better, but was Clean!!!👍👍 I was VERY PLEASED,& WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN! GOOD JOB!!! The pics are after I messed everything up, Lol! Got to have comfy! And it was quiet too!! T.V. actually had a guide, some places I've stayed don't😡 This room was perfect for 1 person!

Only negative, is stairs, but, it worked fine for an overnight., & not very many. Can't think of anything else, All was Good!

Breakfast could be better. Not a lot of choices. I realize we were there at the end of the time it was open, but when one is trying get ready to attend a funeral, one's mind is not on eating.

I had cereal and whole milk was the only choice. I haven't had whole milk in years, so would have preferred 2% or 1%. I survived, but would have liked to have a glass of milk to drink, but with only one choice and the bottle was only half full and it being whole milk, I didn't have any milk other than the little I put on my cereal. Not everyone drinks coffee for breakfast and juice right away sometimes does not sit well on my stomach. I'm 89 years old, so am careful what I eat.

This property is not brand new and would seem to some slightly outdated. It is one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. This is our fourth night here and it is very private and quiet. It’s conveniently located just off of I 90 if you are traveling by car. We actually came here for a family event in a city about 5 miles south. Perfect place.

Clean!!! we have stayed in a lot of hotels this year and motels. We have found many of them to be very poor in cleanliness.

Very good price. Convenient location. Simple and clean accommodations. Attentive staff. Nice breakfast. Appears to be family run, which I prefer. Room was cleaned every single day, which I haven't experienced for years.

The interior was neatly painted and very clean and well kept. The bathroom was nice and well maintained. The floors very clean. Nice bed.

The exterior of the building looks a bit shabby and needs new paint. We had some doubts in our first impression. So we were pleasantly surprised to find such a nice interior. The bfast was typical for 2 star and and a bit disappointing but what we expected really.

This was an excellent facility for the price. The facilities were clean, the beds were comfortable and everything worked as advertised.

The continental breakfast was fairly limited with just cereal, donuts, english muffins, toast, and instant oatmeal, but it was definitely an ok free breakfast.

Comfy bed. Breakfast basic but did the trick. Good location for our needs. Minimal dealing with staff only saw in check in. No staff present at breakfast or check out.

No real issues

Very comfortable bed, spacious room and a nice shower - all perfect for a stop over on a road trip. Breakfast was very simple but nice.

Very clean and presentable. We were a bit surprised by the inside as the outside looked a bit tired. The bed was comfortable and enough pillows supplied. Breakfast was as expected. Coffee, breads, cereal...good enough!

The TV was not very good, not that we really cared and no guide as to channels. Also, someone was assigned the room above us in the middle of the night and the walking around was loud and prevented sleep.
