Close to our favorite restaurants and familiar with the area.

It could have been cleaner, but not too bad. PLEASE GET NEW BEDDING! The fitted sheet didn't even fit the bed and the elastic was all stretched out. Just kinda gross and tacky. We had a problem with our toilet and we had to come get the plunger and fix it ourselves. Not a huge deal, but we are staying at your facility and paying to be there. I wouldn't have a guest come to my home and make them plunge a toilet! The girl at the front when we were leaving was like trying to talk to a teenager about chores.

The location worked well, I was close enough to the Mayo that I walked at least one way each day (good exercise). I appreciated the shuttle and used it as well.

It would have been nice to have a restaurant next door…also the clothes dryer is broken so I had to take my clothes to a laundromat. It wasn’t too bad because there is one close. The air conditioner didn’t seem to work real well…. but maybe it was just me.

Nice to have continental breakfast but variety would have been nice. Same cereal everyday. Only pastries were banana muffins, never any other choices. I hate banana muffins. Only apples, we’ll end of week stay oranges we’re finally added. Loved the 24 hour coffee and hot choc.

Loud heating system, fan went on and off too often extremely loud, hard to get good night sleep when always being wakened by fan.

Friendly and close to the Mayo clinic .which has made my trips for my appointments and chemotherapy treatments so much easier.since I am a 2.5 hour drive away home but 10 minutes from there and that makes a huge difference when your dealing with your cancer journey solo .

Wifi was down the first day .but that was not their fault it was the providers

It met my expectations

The beds are really comfy and the rooms are clean. The staff were helpful and there were plenty of places nearby to eat . There is a pool which is open until 11pm with towels available .

The breakfast was good and the bed is very comfy and the room could be way bigger and not so small. The pool was fun but should have a slide or something in it. It’s not a lot of fun unless u have those.

The room could be bigger. And the pool could have more things in it to have more fun for the kids. The kids needs to have some fun and entertainment.

The management was very helpful and we really enjoyed the breakfast. It was clean and in good shape. We will use this hotel when we come to town. We come to Rochester at least 4 times a year. We look forward to using your facility.

Location and value. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.

The TV access was confusing but figured it out. Our refrigerator wasn't very reliable and we had to search for where to plug it in as it wasn't when we checked in. One nightstand lamp wasn't working until we pulled back the bed from the wall to adjust the extension cord. That's when we discovered it was very dirty under the bed against the wall. A few details that added up that we took care of on our own and reported the need for deeper cleaning under the bed. Would of been nice if pool was open.

Guy at the counter very friendly and helpful. I liked that there was always someone at the front desk at all times.

Same breakfast both days but was still good!
