This property conveniently located to shopping, food and the Mayo Clinic. You can actually walk through tunnels to get to Mayo clinic. This large apartment made our stay comfortable while receiving medical attention. The facilities were clean, comfortable and spacious for long term stay or if traveling with multiple family members or friends. The staff members were very friendly, attentive and supportive.

Had issue microwave but was quickly resolved

Since much of the clients surely are goung for trartment, maybe have the room cleaned every other day. And the patient’s familily member doesn’t have the time either. y

So nice to have a real apartment! Separate bedroom, bath, and a powder room. Full, decently equipped kitchen. It really makes a stay at Mayo much more pleasant. Short walk to Mayo, all within the overhead walkways or tunnels. You can stay and visit Mayo and your feet may never touch Rochester sidewalk. Even the parking lot (not part of the hotel but adjacent to it) is connected to the walkway.

The room was big, beautiful and very usefull.

Either the Hotel or Booking.com snuck in a $59 cleaning fee where no cleaning was performed. I consider that a fraudulent charge and, even though the amount is small, I will never use Booking.com or this hotel again unless the charge is resolved. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Minnesota Secretary of State pursuant to the State's Consumer Protection Act.

The staff was on point all the time and the room was clean and well organized

Maybe it is on property somewhere but a place to get beverages and snacks especially those that have long nights or days and cannot get to a store or wants to avoid the weather

The proximity to the Mayo Clinic made my visit very convenient. The flexibility of extending my stay showed that this hotel understands medical needs. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

No breakfasts

Fitness center should open early at 5 am. Please change mattresses. Uncomfortable and sagging.Pots and pans inner coating is worn out and not good for health

The locating was great, we were close to the Clinic, the skyways and subway were easy to use and close for the Dr. and lab test. Parking was near.

We had issues with handicap needs. Even after the staff being very accommodating and changed our room the handicap tub/shower was too high and not wide enough for the shower seat we brought. The grab bars were nice. Pictures were easily miss undéstood.

Spacious with all the amenities expected from a furnished appartment. The location and its connectivity to Mayo Clinic directly through pedestrian “sky” bridges.

There is no room service (dining) or food outlet. The town’s restaurants and shops shut down by 10pm.

Rooms were clean, spacious, well provisioned and outfitted, and quiet! Our King bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed having a luggage cart available and direct access to the parking lot and Mayo skyway system without valet service or daily maid service, tho I can understand not all would feel that way—and perhaps in severe need situations they had a solution available. The cost was very affordable and the elevators along gave you a feeling of being in grand elegance! 5 stars (out of 5 from us). we never used the gym or pool area but they appeared nice too. we previously stayed at the Kahler and Marriott hotels which, in my view don’t compare at all favorably to the Broadway Plaza (by Wyndham).

There was no food service offerings in the hotel and the instructions for getting their wifi up and running were inadequate. There were many places to eat nearby but a new arrival would have absolutely no idea of what food or quality they offered or how to get there via indoor skyways or hours of operation; a simple list of the closest establishments by distance from the desk or type or price of food would be helpful—not limited to places that advertise to get on the list!
