The breakfast was above expectations. Your cook/baker was so personable, brightening our day when many of us are going through unthinkable medical procedures/treatments. The homemade scones were excellent. I haven’t eaten hot oatmeal in years and all of the amenities (fruit, nuts, cranberries and strawberries) just tipped the scales. Yum! The tray of bacon almost brought me to tears, cooked perfectly & ever do good.

Didn’t like the limited use of the shuttle. For four years we have stayed at a hotel that would shuttle you anywhere you wanted or needed to go. Staybridge shuttle stuck to the route taking you only to Mayo Clinic (no separate buildings) and St Mary’s Hospital. The shuttle only ran from 6:00am-6:00pm. I had to walk back to hospital from the hospital which was across the street but the entrance to Mary Bright Building was many blocks away. Parking garage available at $15/day.

Disabled room had plenty of room & well equipped. Staff very good. Good location

Needed a grab rail behind shower seat & grab rails by sink & at other side of toilet. Sofa bed to sit on as a sofa wasn't comfy for heavier people. Couldn't get pool lift to work & instructions stupidly are on the water side. Needs better instructions & need staff to know how to operate it so they can show people.

We have stayed at Staybridge Mayo Clinic many times. Always a wonderful experience. Super clean and comfy room, awesome staff , great free breakfast and evening get together with drinks and food. The server Emily was very sweet and attentive to everyone she was serving. Made for a relaxing time after long hours at Mayo. Underground parking for a fee was very welcomed after a long drive and bringing up luggage. It is a favorite place we love to stay at. I cannot say enough good things about Staybridge. You won’t be disappointed. Walking distance to St. Mary’s and Mayo.

I have nothing that I didn’t like was a 5 star hotel.

We loved the cleanliness and the housekeeping staff. They went above and beyond. Your breakfast and happy hour was definitely a lifesaver!

The staff. Management was not friendly. They walked around without any form of friendliness. They acted like we were putting them out for buying things from your store or if you needed help. Some of the staff was abrasive. We were there for medical reasons and for that reason the staff should have shown more compassion. A good demeanor goes a long way. Your management/front office staff allowed guests to talk down to your cleaning staff. Someone should have had been there for them.

Clean, comfortable room, modern facility, friendly and helpful staff.

There was a technical problem in the hotel heater and no hot water in the shower for two days, so i can’t give it a 10 this visit. However, I hope to return and give it 10/10 next time as the wonderful staff and modern facility deserves.

Great gym. Clean, modern hotel. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Kitchen was adequate, but needs a little more equipment/appliances if you have more than 2 people to cook properly - no kettle or oven. Restaurant was very limited on food choices, but the prices were good.

It was nice inside and out.

The steep steps at the entryway, but they did have a ramp. There is only 1 parking spot per room, had to park second vehicle off sight at $25 per night. At drive up area, there was only spots for 3 cars and there was always 2 or more cars parked there for long periods of time.

New very clean well laid out Hotel . Our room was large, well appointed, very comfortable beds and pillows

It was about eight blocks away from the Mayo Clinic campus, which did not work out for us very well. But they are right across the street from Saint Mary’s Hospital, which is good for others.

It’s very well put together with nice big rooms. They provided us with everything we needed during the stay. The heated pool area was such a nice touch during the cold winter. Really nice people working there too!

The room was perfect, just what we were looking for. Very convenient location and very clean. Friendly staff to help us when needed. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

The only thing that may have been better was the parking. There is limited parking in the underground parking lot, but they do have an offsight parking lot nearby and they followed us there to park and then shuttled us back to the hotel. Very friendly staff.
