My husband had appointments at Mayo Clinic. We had to bring our dog with us. We have stayed at the Rochester Hyatt House several times. It is an excellent location and easily walkable to the clinic along with the fact there is a very nice park right next to it to walk our dog. There is a great pizza place across the street, along with the fact that several restaurants are also nearby. Didn't need to take our car out.

wish we could have brought our dog up to the outdoor terrace as we had prior. But I'm sure others did and didn't pick up after their dog.

We loved the location and the proximity to the Mayo Civic Center. We were there for a dance competition and it was really nice to have a welcome bag put together for each dancer. Also the staff were super helpful and accommodating. There was a little issue with my booking but they helped me with it and couldn’t have been any friendlier.

We were there for four days. It would have been nice to have gotten a few fresh towels during the stay. Also had to take all my garbage out to the hall trash in order for it to be taken away.

Amazing location! Right across the street from fantastic restaurants and short commute to Mayo Clinic and any convenience stores for necessities or shopping malls.

The rooms had some need for repairs, but it was few and far between. And they had to shut off the hot tub jets which was a bummer because I was looking forward to enjoying a hot tub during my stay.

The property was walking distance to Mayo Clinic Gonda Building and had a private covered parking lot. The room was very nice, clean had everything we needed and more. The real kicker was the price! Can’t beat it for what we got. Will definitely book again if we need to spend the night for Mayo Clinic services. Highly recommend 😊

Comfortable and modern room and facilities. The gym and hot tub were great. We appreciated the soup provided on some evenings and the free shuttle to Mayo Clinic. Dining staff was very friendly.

Half the days there were no real plates or silverware for breakfast, just disposable. This really hurts the dining experience, not to mention is very wasteful.

The Hotel is very clean, the rooms are large, the breakfast is good. Ask for a Suite which gives you a couch long enough to sleep two people. Highly recommended!

It was all good! You need to take the Shuttle to Mayo, but I prefer that to the downtown Hotels.

The provided breakfast was good. Our room was clean. People were friendly.

Parking was full (had to park on the street one night because there was no room in the deck). The halls were narrow and the cleaning crew was loud (music playing loudly) when I thought other patrons could be sleeping.

Very good location to the medical center and it had an excellent breakfast. It is very quiet.

Water pressure was a bit low in the shower but the sink had great pressure. The fridge in the room just was barely cool, not real cold, even hours after adjusting the temperature and we wanted to keep some food cold.

Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean, and smelled good when we walked into the room. Food was pretty good. The facilities were comfortable and very welcoming.

The only thing that we didn't like was the parking. There wasn't enough spaces for all the rooms.
