Comfortable with nice staff

There was a large group of badly supervised minors in the building. Loud, running. We did not even attempt to use the pool. One young lady broke the waffle machine, making a huge mess, then telling her friends and laughing. The adults associated with the young lady never left their seats.

Very quiet hotel at an excellent price. The suite-sized room worked well for the three of us - separate bedroom and bathroom and a second sink. Breakfast was tasty and coffee was plentiful. Room fridge was small but it did have a freezer section. 7 min walk to a sports bar and two miles to a large shopping center.

The vent/fan in the bathroom did not work at all (most hotels have a low-powered fan but this was zero). We had to leave the bathroom door propped open to dry the room out. No mold/mildew though. The shower curtain could be a little longer. Weekday breakfast was run better than the weekend.

The breakfasts were great, and Lisa is a SUPERSTAR! She truly did a fantastic job and was very friendly, kept the breakfast area very clean and well stocked! I liked the fact that there was coffee in the lobby, and there were even chocolate chip cookies on Saturday. Great job overall. I would stay here again if I'm out this way again!!!

I liked the layout of the room and the amenities, including the refrigerator and coffee pot. I have allergies, so finding a room I don't react to makes my stay much more comfortable.

The room we had was on the highway side of the building. The traffic noise was loud enough to wake us in the morning. The toilet bowl is stained brown. We realize that there was a plumbing problem the week before when we also stayed in this room. It could use a pumice stone for cleaning.

Loved the clean and comfortable rooms. Appreciated the extensive hot breakfast. Thank you for allowing us to check in early before our Mayo appointments. We enjoy coming here because the staff is so warm, friendly and accommodating. Special thank you Szilvia and Lázaro for making our stay special. We hope will see you again in April!

We regularly come to this hotel and always have requested to be on the top floor away from the highway. The system for requests seems to need adjustment. We were given a first floor room facing the highway and had to ask to be moved. This is not the first time this has happened. We were moved once we requested this though.

The Breakfast was good and hot, your basic waffle, sausage, egg, hashbrown, bagel, cereal. Was there for 6 nights and menu didn't change. would have liked to of had it switched up after a couple of days. Sylvia, (I believe that is her name) the women that served the breakfast while we were there was great, super sweet and friendly. She really loves her job, and you can definitely tell. They are lucky to have such a dedicated employee that takes pride in her work. The front desk staff was also great and super friendly and very accommodating. Please recognize your employees and let them know what a great job they are doing!

Confusion on our billing, but they are in the process of making it right.

Staff was very nice. The location was good. Bed was comfy.

Hotel needs some maintenance (paint, repair walls, clean carpet). The breakfast needs to be staffed. It seemed like they were short staff and someone would check it if they had time but no one was actually in charge of it. Warm items were never refilled. Just cold items. Price was high for quality.

From the time I walked in the door people were helping me at stage 4 liver cancer so I'm very weak I guess was leaving and told me it was the best hotel that her and her husband stayed at in a long time and they were right the girl at the front desk to the people at night at front desk to the ladies that make breakfast everything was terrific

There is nothing I didn't like

Overall a good visit at an unexpected value. Located near most places I needed to attend (work related trip), and close to most freeways in the area.

Although well maintained and kept clean and tidy, the furnishings are a bit old and could use some upgrading. The bed was too stiff, and the lounge chair was uncomfortable. Note: the USB port at the desk was not functional, so couldn't charge my tablet.

Beds were comfortable. Location idea for the trip. Hotel staff followed my request of room location.

Although room was overall clean, the floor in the bathroom showed ground in dirt in the corners. The TV remote had no Guide section, making it difficult to watch it. We did not use the breakfast or the pool.
