i liked the location. The staff was very polite and helpful. I was surprised at the soup in the evening. That allowed us more time to relax and not have to get out in the evening. Would use this motel if I have to return to Mayo Clinic.
Since I use a cane, it would have been nice to have a little more space to walk in.

24/7 coffee bar and cold water. The breakfast had a lot of choices and was delicious. The staff were very friendly.
The sliding bathroom door when open interfered with the opening of the main door to the room. We kept the bathroom door shut after that and the issue was avoided.

Great room, comfy bed and chairs. Very clean and nice.
No heat in bathroom, but was -18 degrees outside that night. Couldn't leave door open because if you did, you couldn't open door to the hallway. Just poor design. Overall a great stay!

Best customer service in town. Best I gave seen do far from any if these hotels. The over night guy with glasses and a baseball hat should get a raise he is very accommodating, kind, and helpful to the greatest extent of the earth. Made a bad trip one that was doable. if the prices werent so high I'd stay here everytime. They are great to my service animal and make you give a DNA sample just to check in. I just can't afford it usually. Brekfast was great too A+++++

Location good, room was as expected.
No fruit at breakfast, parking lot was full, got the last spot, cable TV was hard to preview and move between channels.

A comfortable sized room. More than requested.
Too close to street traffic and noisy AC/ Heater unit. Needs adjustable fan that can manually be shut off without shutting off entire unit.

Breakfast was ok There was no spray oil for the waffle grill so all the waffles was sticking The scramble eggs had peppers and onions there wasnt a alternate for the people who can eat spicy foods

Beds and pillows were very comfortable.
Pool area was small. Breakfast could have had a couple more options for the price of booking here.
