Breakfast was OK, very typical fare of eggs, sausage, or biscuits and gravy. Nothing special, but it was tasty and well prepared. The room was nice and quiet, and the bed exceeded our expectations. Actually slept the whole night!

There is no restaurant on site. Worse still is the fact that virtually all restauarants in Fergus Falls quit serving between 8 and 9 pm. We were attending a sports function and did not get out until 9pm. The only place to eat (short of McDonalds or Perkins) was Applebees, which was serving until well past 10pm. So beware if you are a late eater-this town is a ghost town after 9, and this was a Friday night! The hotel used to have a Z103 restaurant on site, but it's closed down since Sept 2021. Sadly a victim of Covid I suppose. This hotel would really benefit from an onsite restaurant. One other issue, was that one of the bedroom reading lights was not working, nor were the USB charging ports. Otherwise, the room was just fine. And, BTW, they have good free cookies on check-in!

Most everything seemed nice

The curtains are allow far too much light to come in. My room was right next to life center on all night outside the building. So my room was lit up all night. And in my view that building desperately needs a water softener that water was awful!

Having easy access and visibility to the pool was great! The breakfast was excellent!

The door lock to get from the balcony to the room did not function. The sausage gravy smelled a bit funky and unappetizing two of the days we were there

Very nice facility with large pool. Hot breakfast was included. Beds were comfortable. Checkout was noon, a big plus! The location was convenient for us.

There was a faint off odor in the room. The attached bar/restaurant wasn't open. I thought it was expensive especially since the bar was closed.

Nice rooms that have been updated with fresh decor, very clean.

Door handle was a little wonky. Could hear some traffic noise from the freeway. Be sure to request a room on the side away from the freeway if you want a quieter room.

Well the breakfast was so so. Our daughter got married at the Bigwood Even Center so we stayed over night. The staff was amazing and so very accommodating.

The pool was great! Breakfast was wonderful!

The staff made us feel like children when we were told the pool was closing. No one was in the pool we were just cleaning up and she hovered and was rude.

Clean (except for the bathroom) and good location.

A small freezer in the fridge would have been helpful. We took our freezer bags to the front desk and they held them for us. Front desk staff could have been more helpful. My biggest complaint was the bathtub..mold and grubby looking. Not appealing at all.

Got charged for an extra room and we are working on getting a refund on that. Other than that it was okay.

Great location. Friendly staff. Big comfortable room.

Didn't like that the gym had 8am - 10pm hours. Hard to get a workout in before 8am job. Room could have had a mini fridge and microwave.
