My daughter, 2 grandchildren, and I stayed in one of the large double queen rooms. we had plenty of room for the kids to play without being all on the beds. Enjoyed the breakfast and everything being close by. The beds were comfortable, and it was quite as well.

For a family of 4, only 3 towels. You have to reserve a time to swim, it's only 1 hour. The kid's was upset by the pool being in a different building. With it being cold, they couldn't go to the pool and come back to the room with their head wet. I'm in a wheelchair and their ramps are far and few between. The room we had there wasn't a ramp on the end we were on, not sure if they had one on the other end or not.

The breakfast was delicious, the eggs were a little discolored but I took that part out and put a little salt and pepper and was satisfied. The bacon was nice and crispy and the coffee was just yesssss. The staff was nice and helpful and cheerful. Lovely people.

I did see a couple bugs but since it directly coming from the outside, I understood. The bathrooms were a little small and the shower did not drain very well but other than that I have no complaints.

Nice location and great breakfast.

No problem with the hotel. Problem with booking.com. I booked three rooms and one was declined by booking.com. I had to pay for it a second time. I contacted booking.com and got the run a round. Been almost a month and have not received my refund of $114.99. Will not be using booking.com again.

Loved the location. Loved the friendly, customer service oriented receptionist Ms.Yaya. She was very kind, understanding and helpful with any questions or issues we had. Liked the hot continental breakfast. It was a nice variety of items to choose from. Such as bacon, biscuits, eggs and more. We also liked that the shower had great pressure and nice hot water.

Due to the entrance to the rooms being on the outside, there was alot of foot traffic going past our window. We also didn't like that our room door had the safety lock loose and unusable. But I will say that that issue was handled and fixed as soon as we mentioned it to the friendly staff.

FIRST: every single person on staff was so friendly it was infectious to the guests as well, who seemed to be positively buoyant with camaraderie. Either the training is excellent, or whoever chooses staff is highly insightful -- or both. SECOND: a real, hot breakfast. THIRD: very helpful staff as well. FOURTH: I just wish I'd found this place 4 years ago when my son first moved to Columbus! Now he's leaving.

Facilities seemed a little run-down, but the value was still excellent.

The young lady at the desk when I checked in was awesome . She was so friendly and bubbly i immediately was in a good mood .

I was very pleased with everything except I had requests BEFORE my arrival and no one returned my messages so I arrived not sure what to expect as far as the requests I made but I was stuck with the booking without knowing . However, the fabulous girl at the desk asked my preferences and she immediately assured me they would be accommodated.

The room was clean. It was quiet. I was able to sleep. Didn't hear anything and slept until I was ready to wake up. The shower had hot water and good pressure. The night lady when we checked in was very nice and the morning lady when we check out was very friendly.

I didn't like the steps up to the room as I have bad knees..but that is on me..I didn't request a bottom floor nor did I ask to be moved.

Staff was very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was tasty and inviting. Coffee was also excellent.

My room had an odor when I first came in from what seemed to be other guests possibly smoking from other rooms which was a bit unpleasant. Once I adjusted my A/C unit to filter the air it improved.

It was clean, room was really nice for the amount I paid, I was pleasantly surprised. The young lady who checked me in was polite and professional. The staff at breakfast was excellent as was the breakfast.

Reservations to use the pool were required. Really. AND it closed at 8pm. I didn’t understand that policy.

The breakfast was good and the gal that set it up was so friendly . Liked her very much. Also Michelle at the front desk was great . She put us in the first floor so it was easier to get in with two handicap people.

The beds were very high and hard for someone with a disability to get in and out of bed. I had to make a bed for my sister on the sofa.
