It was in a great area. Right down from campus and all that Starkville has to offer. The property was clean and inviting. The staff was amazing. We were welcomed with a smile and wonderful small chat. We are planning our next trip very soon and cannot wait to stay here again.

The moment we walked into the room we needed to turn on the light. It flickered a few minutes before coming on. The bathroom was a 4/5 for me. The bathroom floor could have been cleaner. Around the corners you can tell it’s been a little while since they were properly cleaned. It by no means discourages me from staying again in the near future.

Breakfast was good. Different every day. Cold water available 24/7 which was gray on these hot blistering days. Room was a bit dark, hard to put on makeup for women, kind of a tight squeeze around the beds (and hard to get into if you are 5’), tub had no anti slip coating and my husband slipped getting out of tub and fell. When you are in your 70’s, have knee replacements, and rods and screws in your back, it makes for a hazard. But I can’t expect every room to be handicap equipped although I did ask when I booked months in advance if any were available. But Erica at front desk and other staff were so friendly and helpful. This was a special weekend for granddaughter’s wedding. Just hate the minister (my husband) fell getting out of tub just hours before the ceremony. He was a trooper and didn’t let it stop the wedding! Thanks for a great stay

What I liked most was the STAFF. Put that staff at any location and I'm booking! The location, cleanliness, amenities, and breakfast were a plus! Everything was exceptional. I'll definitely be back and I need room #107 AGAIN! 😄

What I didn't like of course was the price! Thought it was a bit pricey for a Sat-Tues stay. Still doesn't deter me from booking again!

The breakfast wasn't that good. Coffee wasn't strong at all. Like the bag tea was stronger. Thought I could wake up and get a fresh cup of coffee and definitely wrong. That could go a long way for early morning risers and business people. Spent $73 at Starbucks over 4 days.

Room was nice and big. Liked the cable tv...hbo...channels. Liked having a SHOWER DOOR....instead of a shower curtain. Price was better that what was offered on Hotels.com Liked that there was a restaurant next door.

There was alock of hair hanging on the shower door. Although the shower itself seemed clean....there was some black something at the bottom of the shower door. I ALWAYs have shower flip flops when I travel...as I don't stand in any public place shower in my bare feet. I purchased some bleach cleaner and sprayed the shower. Took hair to front desk.....attendant was on phone so long...just left it on the desk.

The location is great being right off of hwy 12 and down the road from hwy 25. The overall condition of the hotel was very nice and clean. The breakfast was good, and the staff was exceptional.

The walls are super thin; you can hear everything. Some people next door were up late (almost midnight) and kept opening their door and the doors slam. It was loud and kept interrupting my sleep. However it didn't last long.

For some reason no one came to clean our room. There were plenty of extra towels at front desk if needed but no one came to empty our garbage or makeup our beds. And elevators are slow

It was definitely clean and comfortable, but the staff made it even that much better! I can’t name them all, but Jarad(sp?) at the front desk took exceptional care of us.

Can’t think of a thing.

The bed was fantastic, the shower had great pressure and the water was hot, room was very clean and everything worked great. Walk-On’s is next door if you don’t feel like driving once you arrive, and the Walmart neighborhood market is also close by. There is also a really nice continental breakfast if you are not eating somewhere in town the next morning. This is definitely the place to stay if you are traveling.

Only one elevator and it moves a little slow. Not sure there’s anything anyone at the property can do about that though.

Didn’t partake in breakfast, but it was nice and clean in the dining area. Everything was set up nicely.

Only thing I didn’t like was the stuffy smelled after turning off the AC for about an hour. Once the air started back circulating it got better
