The following is a list of things I liked about the property: Great location Helpful and friendly staff Cleanliness of rooms Clean, crisp white bedding Set up and size of the rooms Having a refrigerator in the room Having an AC unit it that worked great The safety device on the door that doesn’t allow forced entranced. Will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area and needing somewhere to stay. Also will recommend to others!

I did not like that it smelled like marijuana upon entering the front front lobby. Thankfully the room I stayed in didn’t have that odor.

The breakfast was delicious. The only thing I didn't appreciate was the staff member' attitude towards me. I pushed the spout on the container which held the waffle batter and the whole thing popped off. Needless to say the batter was oozing out everywhere and he just stood there shaking his head and rolling his eyes as if I did it on purpose.

The food was great. The cereal dispenser was complicated and I couldn't figure out how to open it to get the cereal out.

The staff is a great place to start. Always friendly and always willing to help. The rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast is good. I highly recommend the Comfort Inn.

If I had to say there was anything I didn't like, it would be the fridge. I would love it if they were a little bigger. Saying that, it keeps my drinks cold, and my hotpockets frozen.

Seemed like they had newly updated bathrooms and rooms, lobby felt inviting and breakfast area was cute.

Staff not understanding how their own bonus program works, first saying this stay will qualify and then later dropping a piece of paper under the door stating it does not. Cleaning crew trying to come in before we had checked out.

Room was spacious and clean had almost everything we needed in a handicap room

Didn't have a handicap toilet for my mom to use no rails or grab bars for her to pull up on.water pressure in the sink was so strong it went everywhere when you turned it on and hot and cold water was reversed in the shower. No pool as they had listed it was not usable.

Clean, comfortable room and bed. Very good breakfast, friendly staff

Disappointed the pool wasn't in operation, that was one reason we picked this hotel. Shades in room did nothing to keep the bright street lights from shining in our room at night.

Enjoy the convenience of breakfast @ 6 AM, and the variety of items offered. Room comfy. Not a fan of smallish bed pillows. Would prefer a lighter weight bedspread/comforter. Happy to see drapes have been replaced with retractable shades.

The outside was kept very nice. Was blown away at how pretty the inside was because it was such a value. That was the most comfortable bed ever, really nice large room. Everything very clean

The only reason it wasn’t a 10 was pool was closed for renovations

Very convenient to navigate to food and shopping

It was good our room window had an opening which you could see outside and outside could see inside. A sheet solved the problem

The room was clean and spacious

The pool was down for maintenance, so we used the exercise room. The exercise room needs some TLC. Most of the equipment was broken
