Breakfast was great. And plentiful! Our kids got involved, helping with the making of waffles and really enjoyed a family meal. Honest staff, very helpful, and caring. Couldn’t ask for better House keeping, they were very nice respectful and really deserve a pay raise just for that alone. Overall this was a great Stay at an affordable, clean, and friendly Hotel. I’d recommend booking early and staying here to anyone.

A cold milk machine. Would be more convenient, and safer for use. But on there defense, it was fresh out the jug, just not enough, so get to breakfast early.

room/suite was clean and in great shape. bed was good. staff was very friendly. located very close to Miss St Univ.

breakfast could have been better. Only thing hot was a waffle but had to wait your turn to make. lobby could have been more comfortable. parking in front was not great, then parking around back was a bit scary. lobby door was uninviting.

We had a great stay! The location is not super close to downtown, but we just needed something affordable for one night. The room was incredibly clean, and the facilities were nice.

The breakfast had waffles and muffins and juices. They had a toaster, but no bread or bagels to put in it. There also were not any eggs or protein. I asked the employee at the desk about military discounts, and she said they do not have them. I replied that it was fine, just asking. She then said "well we do have one but I'd have to get my manager to do it for you". I think she should have just left it at no because that response made her sound lazy.

Desk personnel were very helpful and courteous. They even greeted with a smile while passing thru the lobby.

Thermostat in our room wasn’t working correctly. Ran it on 80 degrees during the day while we were not in the room. Then at night, we cut it off & it kept us warm during the evening. Can understand some items not working properly due to the remodeling process.

I liked the location . It was a good location. It was convenient and on the highway back home.

I didn't like the firm bed or pillows and the fact that the ice machine was on the first floor. We were on the 2nd floor.

The beds were comfortable in our room. They are also updating some of the building exterior and interior.

The rooms and bathrooms were a little smaller than I would prefer but it wasn’t unbearable.

I always enjoy staying there. Wish the pool was accessable though. The kids were looking forward to it. The hotel itself is great. They were remodeling, but nothing hindered or stay.

Pool want accessable. Bed could have been a bit more comfortable.

Other than the sign being covered making it very hard to find, you could tell the property has been (may still be) going through an upgrade. Fresh paint, clean

The lighting in the bathroom was extremely poor. It needs brighter bulbs. I felt like I was in the dark when using the bathroom. Also the sink faucet leaked when I used the water…got the counter soaked!

That it was clean and quiet kinda creepy that it was only a handful of people there don’t know why but hey less traffic for me 🤗

No fruit for breakfast just bread and cereal we actually had to buy our own
