Sorry we left without eating breakfast. Was thankful our rooms were on the first floor as I have trouble doing stairs. Even though the facilities was 100% at capacity, noise level wasn't bad. There were a lot of workers staying at this facility. The room was just what I needed and the bed was really comfortable.

Parking was a little tight as there was a crew of workers staying there and their trucks were rather larger than a personal vehicle. Made parking a little hard. Also the pavement leading up to the Inn is in need of repavement. They were in this condition when I stayed here back in May.

Your housekeeping staff were very nice. They did a wonderful job. If we ever stay there it would be because of them.

The room had some maintenance issues. The electrical outlets would not hold the plugs. The toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. The carpet needs cleaning, it turned my socks black, only in the room for a couple of hours at this point. Blow-dryer and iron need to be replaced. Light bulbs are missing in the lamps. There was only one in them and there should be two.

Quieter than I expected

Really needs updating…and when they fix something…finish the job! The ceiling in our room had 3 large places where a leak had been “fixed” but it wasn’t patched over to match the ceiling. Caulking around bathtub missing.

Clean updated room. Comfortable beds, proper bedding, good water pressure. Good area of town. We only had a few options because we needed pet friendly and this met our expectations for the price.

Breakfast wasn't great.

I liked everything about the hotel,

until I stepped into a non smoking room and you could still smell the marijuana, either from the old tenants or gathering rooms. the bathroom tub was not thoroughly cleaned. I still had a lot of black hair in my tub... just gross

There was no noise and I got good sleep

I did not like the price because on the weekend of September 16th there was a football game and I had to pay $163.50 for one night and now I'm coming back on the next weekend on the September 23rd and September 24th and I'm staying two nights and I'm paying $160 plus tax that makes no sense

The room was clean and comfortable. It was on the first floor as requested. I did need the wheelchair to get there.

More grab bars needed in the bathroom. This seems to be true in every hotel.

Great place to stay when working construction at international paper Columbus Mississippi.

Comfortable bed , good location with several great places to eat nearby. Good breakfast at hotel.
