The staff were like friends from the past who welcomed us into their home! My pet received lots of loving, and the grass area for his outings was huge and well lit. The blinds are excellent for a near black-out sleep experience on comfortable beds. Breakfast is great, and the presence of local law enforcement attests to this fact.

The TV is flat mounted in the sleeping area, which makes watching from the den/couch area hard. This could be solved with a rotation mount. The fridge is a mini, so we were glad we had an ice chest.

We were rewarded for our patience and the fact we could not check until 4 !/2 hours later than promised by being upgraded to a much larger room. The staff was very apologetic and called me on my cell to let me know our room was finally ready for check in about 7:30.

We were unable to check in at 3pm as promised--not even at 4pm, when we arrived. We were there for a high school reunion and had an activity at 5pm to which we had to go in our travel clothes, and did not get to check in until after 10pm when the gathering concluded.

The breakfast was good and they have a dedicated management staff. The rooms are clean and the housekeeping is helpful The Hyatt located in Columbus, MS. has a nice setting from the managers to the kitchen staff. I enjoyed my stay.

There was nothing that I did not like. The entire staff that I encountered was very nice and professional. they would greet you and ask you you do you need anything to how was your stay at the Hyatt.

The staff was amazing! Jerome, the Asst. Manager, Ariana and Angel, at the front desk, Kimberly, in the kitchen & food service area, Emmanuel, in maintenance, and all other staff who I can't name, were amazing. All were very professional, friendly, accommodating, and never hesitated to exceed our expectations.

The bathroom in our room needs work. The shower tile was corroded, poorly done, and certainly not to the standard that I'd expect for the Hyatt.

I've stayed at this location multiple times, but this was my first time since Covid restrictions have been lifted. Breakfast was good, but busy. I don't know if the staff is prepared for the weekend rush, but they did a good job of trying to keep things moving and breakfast stocked.

Parking is always a bit much. People make their own parking spots which are sometimes in the way as you are looking for an actual parking spot.

Upon entering the Hotel the first thing I saw was how very clean & nice everything looked. Ou room was spacious & the bathroom was big, loved the shower head! The bed was comfortable. It had rained a lot & the Wifi wasn’t working on the 3rd floor, but it working in the Lobby. It was ok though, we was tired & went to sleep. The Desk Clerk was awesome! So nice & courteous.

Upon arrival the gentleman that checked us in was very polite and friendly. The breakfast was fresh and hot. The lady working the breakfast area was really nice.

Our rooms was not ready and we were told that we would get a call when they were ready and didn’t. We had to call and it was around 9:00 pm before we got into our room.

The breakfast was not great. While the staff was super kind, the offerings were either empty or poor quality. (Frozen donuts, bread, bagels). We tried to eat about 845 am each day and most of the food was gone.
