The breakfast was a little early for us so we didn't get to utilize it at all. Our room was very clean and well kept. Although we stayed for 3 days, housekeeping picked up our towels and we got fresh ones from the front desk. The location of the hotel was central to what we wanted to do while visiting the area. Overall our stay was wonderful.

The room was a little cramp for 4 people (2 adults/2 kids). I wish the room had an attached suite with a sitting area.

Location was close to where I needed it to be

Only issues with the room was the toilet water valve wouldn’t shut off so it constantly running water in the bowl, and the shower curtain rod was weak and hung down and shower curtain wouldn’t stay towards the wall and leak water on the floor , so had to lay a towel down to soak up the water. Other than that it was very good.

Comfortable

The receptionist had a very nasty attitude which made me ask her if I did her anything. Her tone was very dry like we were bothering her and I took offense to it. She did not greet me at all and when I walked in to check in she greeted me with yes.. like I was bothering her. I started to return her nasty energy but decided not to stoop to her level.

I like that the staffed helped me with my reservation when it was hard to find considering I went through booking.com they were very friendly very helpful and I think the manager deserves a raise in the washing machines quit and they offered to wash my clothes for me which is a big deal I'm very grateful for the staff

Clean all around! pool was clean and private. Breakfast was clean and alot if variety to choose from. Staff was great Mrs Carol is always helpful a.d friendly as well as the other employees. Plenty of places to get food. Love the location. And most of all it's a safe place

Breakfast was good. Food and beverage available. Hostess very friendly and helpful.

Tv in our room popped sporadically when we were watching it. (Reported at check out to clerk) Outlet on lamp between bed had a broken prong in one of the receptacles. (Reported at check out)

The woman working at the front desk was a delight - personable and so helpful. I wish I could remember her name to thank her properly. The woman working in the kitchen was also kind. Even though most hotels serve the same waffle mix for breakfast, for some reason, I found the waffles here to be particularly tasty! The room was fine, nothing special, nothing memorable. I'm writing this a week after my stay, and I can barely remember it, for better or worse.

The smell outside. The staff explained that there is a nearby plant that processes seafood leftovers into supplements and other products. While I'm glad that no parts of the animal are being wasted, WHEW, the smell of fermenting seafood leftovers sure carries a ways. Couldn't smell it inside, thankfully, and it was gone the next morning, but it meant I chose to get takeout and eat in my room to hide from the smell. Not the hotel's fault at all, just something to know if you're passing through.

The person was able to find us a room on the 3rd floor that was clean and prepared for staying.

Our room was not cleaned when we enter it after 5:00 pm. The bed had not been made up and the room had not been prepared for anyone especially for a handicap person to stay in.

The staff was wonderful. My husband's back is not good and painful when walking. They gave us a room closest to the front entrance. It help so much. The lady over breakfast was wonderful and very friendly. All the staff that we came in contact with was great!

I can not think of anything we did not like.

I like the fact that there was breakfast included and it was good the attendant that did the breakfast was very helpful and very nice and the rooms is clean The facility was clean felt safe with my family very roomy

I don't have anything negative to say about my stay
