We found the owners and staff very friendly and courteous during our nine night stay. We needed a location close to a family residence, as we did not have a vehicle (visiting from Australia) so Magnolia Inn was perfect for this. It was handy being close to a grocery shop, a liquor store, an ice cream parlour and Dodge Service Station for take aways etc. The Gautier, Pascagoula, Biloxi, Gulfport region has lots to see. A very pleasant stay.

We thought the motel had a swing pool, as it was not mentioned that it had been removed in description of amenities.

You can't drink the water because it is a light brown color. So be careful not to get any of it in your mouth while showering.

We're from the coast, and visit our families there often. This is our go to stay when visiting the coast. It offers exactly what we need. It offers comfort, cleanliness, and affordable. The staff is always friendly, as well.

I don't have any complaints really. The only thing I did not like was that the washing machine is outside. That fact alone made me not use it. Other than that, my husband and I are satisfied with our stays.

The staff were very friendly. It was clean and comfortable. The room was good size. They had a washer and dryer and an ice machine. There’s an ice cream store right next door. It was the perfect place to stay on our bicycle trip across America.

Just needed a bed and for 3 to 9 times less than others down the road I was very pleased with the price.

Most of the tap water in the Mississippi Biloxi, Gautier area has a noticeable brown tint and that is this only negative

Very clean! receptionist during check out was really nice and apologized for the receptionist from the night before. Rooms are spacious. Easy parking

The only thing I didn't like was the TV wasn't working at first so I had to go back and forth calling the desk and the worker was too busy for me. Eventually I did get the TV situation figured out.

Nice firm bed. No overwhelming perfume/deodirizor smell that often is present. Just neutral smell.

Friendly staff, and if you had any issues they resolved it right away. They are working to revamp the place. Very peaceful and quiet

When we 1st got into our room it wasn't very clean, the carpet had some trash on it, smelled of weed, but staff sprayed some spray and aired it out. Not a bad place for the price.

The location is good for why we were there. No complaints about the room. Very comfortable

First night I left a do not disturb in my door only for that day. I checked in on Wednesday out on Sunday nobody attended my room the whole time I was there!
