The room was very spacious and extremely comfortable. The access was incredible and the staff was very knowledgeable.

The only thing I questioned was the Wi-Fi, the signal strength was horrible and I kept losing connection. It was strongest right at the front desk which made me question was it for the employees or the guest.

I loved the space in the room,the bed was really soft,like sleeping on a cloud! Peaceful and Relaxing environment! Beautiful,clean water in the pool. Around the pool area sitting and relaxing! I definitely will be back! To bring my 2 granddaughter's with me !!!

Very laid back facility.

Our bathroom and tub needed to be cleaned a little better there were hairs in the tub on arrival but everything else was great aside from the breakfast lacking there needs to be more options.

It was comfortable and in a good location. The price was pretty good. The room was great .

The ice machine on my floor didn't work and kids running up and down the hall trying to open my door.

The beds provided a luxuriously comfortable haven, inviting relaxation with their plush mattresses and soft, inviting linens.

It appeared to be safe, we had heard there had been a lot of crime in the area

That the area has a reputation of crime in and around the hotels located there.

It was very comfortable the room was very clean same with the refrigerator and microwave. The room had a lot of space and the breakfast was really good as well

I have no complaints. The hotel is very clean and everything works well in the rooms. I loveeeee their ac units in the rooms.

Customer service and food variety for breakfast or sale. I asked about water at check in and the white lady told me I could get some out of the faucet. Only air… no heat.

Wonderful place to stay!!! I loved the hospitality, and the complimentary breakfast!
