We were here for a family emergency and the property was extremely accommodating and also helped us to ensure our safety while we were here. We ended up having to extend our stay several times and they gave us the best rates possible to help with lessening the stress we were already under. The housekeepers were amazing and patient. We ended up having 4 small children join us and the housekeepers made sure we always had plenty of towels and sheets if the kids had an accident. I cannot give enough praise to everyone here.

There is nothing negative I can say.

Love the staff. They always make me and my dog feel welcone. The location is convenient to restaurants, the interstate and only a few miles drive to Biloxi or Pascagoula.

The front side of the hotel is noisy since it is on the highway. Next time I will request a room on the back side. Breakfast doesn't have many options but Dennys and other restaurants are across the street. The rooms could use updating.

Chose thos location because it's close to my daughter in Pascagoula and an hour drive to NOLA. Love this hotel. I stay here every time I visit my daughter. The folks are friendly and my dog is welcome. The little, old cleaning lady is so sweet...she reminds me of a grandma. When I checked out I told them I would come back and the young lady told me to make sure I brought my dog back.

It's close to the interstate so it can be a little noisey. No coffee maker.

The cracks at the bottom of the door and crack at where you lock the door. It's hard to open and shut. Need to fix shower curtain rod, repair receptical in bathroom finish out trim work on the sink. Other than that, everything else was good.

The staff from the front desk to the housekeeper, she was such a sweetheart, were all nice, friendly and helpful. Anytime you saw one of them they always spoke asking how I was and if I needed anything.

Breakfast could have had a better variety but with a Dennys, McDonald's and Wendy's across the street it didn't matter. Coffee was good but no coffee makers in the rooms.

The rooms were very clean, spacious, and relaxing. Staff was nice and helpful. I will be going back. The manager gave me his card in case I visited again I could call with any requests.

Nothing was really bad. Sometimes, there were noises from other rooms, but they eventually got quiet.

The breakfast it said a continental breakfast but it wasnt it was just a regular breakfast cereal toast orange and apple juice mini waffles and muffins

The value of the hotel was insanely good. Room was clean. Continental Breakfast had cereal waffles and muffins. Good location. TV had lots of channels!!

The only complaint I have is there was nowhere to hang up clothes except shower rod

The room was clean. Checking in and out was easy. The shower was probably one of the best hotel showers I've ever used. Nothing fancy, but a strong steady stream of hot water. There was a refrigerator and microwave in the room and both worked.

Customer Service was impeccable and for the price it went beyond my expectations.

The only thing lacking was a hair dryer in the room, but the front desk receptionist let me use a dryer they had behind the counter.
