The apartment felt like home.

As a guest, I didn't know the property lines for Treasure Bay and Royal Holiday Beach Resort. I walked my nephews to the pool area and allowed them to play in the grass area when two security officers told me they could not be on this side of the grass. One of the security officers were rude asked my husband and "DO WE BELONG HERE" this started a small uproar. I think you all need to identify property lines a little better.

Apart from a clean and comfortable environment, the accommodations offer practical amenities like a pool and reliable internet access, as well as helpful staff and a convenient location. Their surveillance systems also provide a sense of security. A short drive will take you to local attractions, dining options, and shopping.

Despite the fact that the towels were clean, they had an not so fresh smell.

The bathtub was big and roomy. Bed was a bit stiff for my liking, but the wife loved it. Facilities were clean and well maintained. The adults only pool was a nice addition. The room was a great size for the price that was paid, felt like being in an apartment, and the full-size refrigerator was definitely nice, being able to just store the drink and food we needed to.

May just be personal preference on it but the room didn't get as cold as I like when I sleep.

Having an apartment with space for the whole family

M kids not being able to get in the pool. I understood that they couldn’t go to Treasure Bay Hotel and Casino but was not clear on them not being able to get in the swimming pool until the day before we were scheduled to travel which was an inconvenience.

Awesome location with pool (WOW !) laundry & security guards driving around Lots of entertainment - casinos, piers, aquarium, beach Close to daily amenities - groceries, premium outlet malls, major box stores, Proximity to other cities - Mobil, Pensacola, New Orleans

Location does not re-cycle at all - bottles, cans, plastics ... all go in the garbage :( (this could be an additional source of income for the location for upgrades when required)

Very nice place to stay clean,affordable, and close to everything. The property manager Cindy was great and helpful.

There is nothing for kids to do on the property to access the pool, etc.. you must be 21 and over. Upon arrival, I didn't know the check-in hours were from 1- 5 pm. I arrived later and had to call and get access, but that wasn't a deal breaker about the time i arrived. I was able to get in.

I really enjoyed the comfort and the space of the condo. It was really quiet and peaceful. I had just had surgery and wanted to keep my vacation but hopes for peace and quiet and I got just that. Wonderful location as well.

I liked everything.

The convenience to all attractions and restaurants was very comforting as well as easy to drive to.

The master bedroom shower was a huge jacuzzi bath not my favorite we used the bedroom across the hall shower. The stairs to the bedrooms were a challenge to carry luggage upstairs. Overall the place was nice and comfortable we made it work ! I would recommend it !!

Very spacious and clean condo. Huge tub with spa features in a large bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped. Parking is right in the front. Check is process was very simple. The host was very accommodating with reaching out to me with check in process. Plenty of places to eat close by.

There really isn't anything I did not like here

I love how quite and clean this place was and looked. Everything was well organized and had enough stuff for a week .

I loved everything about this place . Not one thing I didn’t like but that the kids wasn’t allowed in the pool
