Everything was clean and the room was cool with the air conditioning on when we arrived. Plenty of parking near our room. Ice machine worked and was easily accessible. The pool was clean and available for use until 8pm. There was an area with items/snacks at the front desk available for purchase at any time. The morning breakfast had a wider variety than others I’ve stayed at as well, which is great for families with picky eaters. Staff was also beyond friendly and accommodating!

The only complaint I would like to voice was with the pull out sofa bed. I would definitely invest in a new pull out or at least a new mattress. It was so flat and sank so deep you could feel the frame and springs beneath. Very uncomfortable.

The location was great, the staff was friendly, and the overall appearance was good. Our room was clean and smelled good when we entered. I love a pet free/ smoke-free hotel! I like the idea that there was a small picnic area with a grill. King size bed was comfortable, and the pillows were soft. Hot water works well in the bathroom. The breakfast offered was ok.

Sofa bed was horrible. All we could feel were springs. Not enough linen for the sofa bed. Coffee maker located in the bathroom, which is not sanitary at all. Could have been located where the microwave and fridge were. Two waffle makers, one should have been pancakes.

The cleanliness was very impressive. The team was constantly working to keep it clean and safe.

The bed was a little hard but not to the point that I could not sleep so it was okay. Our tv remote was not working so that made it a little difficult to watch the television but the front desk guy switched it not knowing that it was not programmed to the tv. A for effort though 👍

Very nice place easy access just off I10 is located around several great restaurant's. The owners were there bright and early every morning cleaning the grounds up and watering plants and flowers that make the place stand out and there very friendly people. We were here for a jet ski trip for 2 days only think that is lacky is the parking lot very nice but know real place to park a truck and trailer although we managed to make it work. I would stay here again easily A++++++ Free hot breakfast was very good also

Not really a dislike is the parking room not alot of room for pickup truck and jet ski trailer but we did manage to get it done

The room was not clean. The bed was comfortable and clean but the furniture and lamps were dusty and some places felt sticky The breakfast was okay but one morning we arrived at 8:45 for breakfast which is served until 9. There wasn’t much left and the employee started taking up anything that was left when we got there. She cleaned around us while we ate.

Everything was perfect. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. My only complaint was when my kids want to get in the bed and there was black fuzz like from whoever stayed there before us, it was stuck to the blanket and they just put the blanket back on the bed with all that fuzz on it so we know the blanket wasn’t washed and that is the only problem I had other than that everything was perfect

Check in was easy and speedy. Room was nice. Everything looked clean and in great working condition. Plenty of towels. We didn't have to walk down to desk for more towels. Breakfast was decent

Breakfast sauage was waaay to salty As i was preparing my breakfast the kitchen lady was wiping down and waved the chemical towel over my food instead of waiting until I walked away from the area. She didn't greet anyone nor smiled.

The room was very comfortable. We did get one with a couch. Lots of room.

Wish the T.V. had been a little more centered it was hard to see from the couch. Also the fridge was in a big cabinet. Maybe take the fridge out of the cabinet and use that for drawers. Not much space to put our things in.

The bed was super comfortable almost better than mine at home. The way the room was set up ot was just enough space for those 2 nights.

The 2 things I didn't like was the bottom of tub didn't look clean because the paint I guess had came off. But it was nothing that we couldn't get over. Lil leak in the bathroom by the toilet that I didn't like either. But over all it was a great stay.

We stayed one night and it was a good place for one night, beds were fine, room was big and the breakfast was acceptable. It could be better but was ok.

I don't like carpets on the floor, they seems to be dirty independently if they were cleaned or not. We had to use the couch and the sheets seemed to be used from a previous client.
