Everything was nice and cozy, i felt like i was in a penthouse. We had a very classy and luxury experience. It was the FANCIEST (very minimalist style) but it was clean and spacious.

1. The smell of smoke was atrocious (i believe we booked a non-smoking room). 2. I didn't like how there was a 4 person cut off in each room, and each person had to be "checked in." There were security at each entrance point checking the guest list and I.D. I appreciate the security, but my sister and I are single moms with 3 kids total, and it would've been a more convenient experience otherwise. HOWEVER, I understand the safety and quality concern for the company. READ READ READ before your trip. I ended up having to sadly leave out my daughter and send her with family (thank God they came on the trip!) This place is better for date night or adult night and less for family experiences.

As always staff was courteous and professional. The entire resort is kept very clean. The views are beautiful and the beds are comfortable. Easy to get in and out of the hotel. Great, free on site parking.

WiFi is a little slow at times. I wish there was a ceiling fan. I went and bought a small fan to circulate air in the room. The room felt damp and humid at times without it. Also, I arrived at around 4:30 and was told my room was not ready. Waited almost 2 hours for room. That’s a first for me! Also, was on 17th floor this time and could hear the elevators moving the entire trip. They did offer to relocate me to a different room but I didn’t feel like packing up all my stuff, so…I got used to it.

The look of the property is fresh and clean. It has a nouveau riche french quarter vibe, and well placed lighting that isn’t blinding. Tree lights leading to the property at night are welcoming, and give a sense of security during night hours. The lobby is a beautifully designed and elegant focal point of the property, but is also welcoming and encourages guests to let their hair down and have fun.

The only issue we encountered was the parking garage elevator, but it could have been caused by user error. 🙄 This only happened once, but we were stuck in the elevator for about 2 minutes after pushing the incorrect buttons. It took us a minute to figure out what floor the lobby was on. After pushing the wrong button twice, the elevator became locked up for a few minutes. It started moving after the doors closed and the screen cleared on the button panel.

The place was clean everywhere! The room was spacious and spotless with a very comfy bed! The two restaurants we went to ( Chopsticks and Oak Tree) were delicious and prices weren't too bad! The decor was stunning in the casino! We visited several other casinos, including the big ones and SP had my favorite atmosphere. Staff was friendly ( all but one grouch so that's good odds!😉) The mini golf course is fantastic and was a fun way to relax.

The casino is ice cold! Bring a jacket! The pool was fine. It was clean but 🤷‍♀️ The rooms were wonderful! However, bedding should include at least one blanket. A light duvet and sheets are not enough. There was no blanket on the bed or in the closet. When I called for one, an old thin blanket was brought up. ( Quick and friendly housekeeping staff) Know that no housekeeping service of your room is provided. We stayed four nights with no housekeeping. They are happy to bring you extra towels though.

Atmosphere was much more "serene" than the Hard Rock or Beau Rivage. They have a nice selection of table games/machines. We also appreciated the availability of smoking rooms. Close to the other gamming facilities. This will be our home base from now on when coming to Biloxi. We had good nights in the casino on both of the nights we stayed which added to our positive experience there.

The Oak Room...the service was not up to par for this type of facility. Server left a lot to be desired. Our food was brought out to the table and we had to flag another server down to bring us silverware. Wrong ticket was brought when time to pay.

The hotel was extremely nice. My room was spacious with an amazing view of the water & sunset. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was lovely.. I especially appreciated the hotel security for registered guests. As a single woman traveling alone I felt very safe staying there The perfume smell pumping into the lobby and maybe the hotel hallways gave me a slight headache. I would suggest going easier on that or eliminating it. I hoped the hotel had a hot tub but unfortunately they do not and the weather was not pool friendly. Lastly I had an amazing soup from the hotel restaurant Chop Sticks. I brought my leftovers to my room but couldn't heat up my soup. There was not an area with a microwave. Adding a communal microwave would be nice. All in all I was very happy with my stay at the Skarlett Pearl. .

This is an amazing property! The price is unbelievable for how clean, beautiful and comfortable this place is. The room is big and spacious, the AC works perfectly too. The food at ChopStx is 100/10. Please try it!!! To be really honest, i did not enjoy the food from the cafe for breakfast, it was expensive and not very tasty but aside from that, the hotel is beautiful , the casino is fun and the food was great. We are already planning our next trip out here.

The hotel was immaculate, very clean, quiet, top notch security. I loved how our room had a dinette set so we could get room service for breakfast!

The Lounge Nocherie is right across from the NON smoking casino area and near the check in desk. They should either NOT allow smoking there or the Lounge should have been in a different area near the SMOKING casino. The nonsmoking casino area was VERY small. Not that many slot machines and no tables.

We stopped in here for one night and enjoyed our stay. We were fortunate to get a room with a water view. The room was clean, spacious, and relaxing. Comfortable beds. $20 in free play and one free round of mini golf when you sign up for the rewards, which was cool. The casino and overall property was well maintained, you always saw workers cleaning and it smelled nice inside.

We checked in roughly 2 hours past the designated check in time and our room was still not ready until almost 7. Had to wander around for an hour in our traveling clothes. Casino itself is pretty small.
