The hotel was extremely nice. My room was spacious with an amazing view of the water & sunset. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was lovely.. I especially appreciated the hotel security for registered guests. As a single woman traveling alone I felt very safe staying there The perfume smell pumping into the lobby and maybe the hotel hallways gave me a slight headache. I would suggest going easier on that or eliminating it. I hoped the hotel had a hot tub but unfortunately they do not and the weather was not pool friendly. Lastly I had an amazing soup from the hotel restaurant Chop Sticks. I brought my leftovers to my room but couldn't heat up my soup. There was not an area with a microwave. Adding a communal microwave would be nice. All in all I was very happy with my stay at the Skarlett Pearl. .

The Staff were extremely nice. Ms. Jacqueline and Johnathan (Valet) attendant was great! Ms. Keema (I believe was her name) who checked me in helped me get into my room early due to me arriving earlier than expected. She was excellent! I hope I got her name correct.

JUST A SUGGESTION I think having more of a personal touch for customers would be a great addition. For example, it was my birthday trip and I actually put that in the notes section when I booked my room. To have a Happy Birthday message on the TV screen for me would have been a nice touch. I like many take trips during specials occasions (e.g. Birthdays, anniversaries, etc.) and having those moments acknowledged just gives a more personal feeling upon entering the room.

Will stay at no other place other than the Scarlet Pearl from now on when we go to biloxi. My wife, fell in the bathroom, and broke her hip. She was taken to a hospital in Biloxi and had surgery that very night. I got a personal call from the CEO of scarlet Pearl telling me that don't worry about checking out stay as long as needed until she is well enough to go back home. She also said that any meals will be comped. She also sent an absolutely beautiful flower arrangement to my wife in the hospital. We are going to have to go to rehab for a week before she can go back home, and we are still getting a free room and food credit. I could never have expected a better outcome.

I would never have anything bad to say about the Scarlet pearl.

We stopped in here for one night and enjoyed our stay. We were fortunate to get a room with a water view. The room was clean, spacious, and relaxing. Comfortable beds. $20 in free play and one free round of mini golf when you sign up for the rewards, which was cool. The casino and overall property was well maintained, you always saw workers cleaning and it smelled nice inside.

We checked in roughly 2 hours past the designated check in time and our room was still not ready until almost 7. Had to wander around for an hour in our traveling clothes. Casino itself is pretty small.

Comfortable bed

Light in closet was on timer. I didn't know this. When I opened the door at 1am to get something out, the light came on and was very disturbing to my friend that was sleeping. I had to call to see why I couldn't turn it off because I knew I didn't turn it on. Thats when I found out it was on a seven minute timer..This was very frustrating to both of us. Whoever designed this was not thinking of the tenants opening the door in the middle of the night while others are sleeping. The light is VERY BRIGHT and waiting seven minutes seemed more Ike 30-minutes waiting for it to go OFF..😪 Also, the tenants in the next room were very loud.😔

Staff were very friendly. Policies are very clear & are communicated well so there are no surprises during check in or check out. Room was clean. Food is not to be skipped when staying, I know that "Casino" food can sometimes cause people to pause but do not hesitate to treat yourself here. This is also one of the SAFEST places I have ever stayed. To get into the hotel elevators, you have to be registered to the room & show ID to a security guard.

The parking garage is not very spacious when compared to the other casino properties here but it has plenty of out door parking that is monitored still by security. I accidentally left my wallet pretty much open overnight in the front seat & everything was fine. Also, the parking garage is one of the cleanest ones I have ever seen. I know this isn't really a negative but its the only thing I could really think of honestly.

Security was excellent. Very safe environment. We left a truck and trailer filled with stuff and had no issues. Parking was easy and there was ample parking spaces available. Rooms very very elegant and spacious. Alot bigger than the pics looked. And the pool was huge and clean with awesome big fluffy towels.

Casino wasn't so good compared to others in the area. Not alot of slots. And alot of them didn't take the new member free play promo points. Be sure to have a valid ID as you can't even get on the elevators without one. And they won't let you on the casino floor without one either.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was one of the nicest we have ever stayed in. It was spacious and had a floor to ceiling window which gave a lovely view of the back bay. The bed was also very comfortable. There was a table near the window where one could enjoy the view or read. There was also a desk for writing or using the computer as well as a comfortable couch which had another place to read or use the computer. The bathroom was also very comfortable and spacious and there was a great supply of good towels for guests. The hotel is very nice and one feels very secure with the various security measures. We were only there for one night so we did not really have a chance to explore the area. But we would certainly return again.

The WiFi was for anyone to use (no password needed). While we don't conduct business on hotel WiFi systems, this seemed very porous and made us less comfortable in using the WiFi there.

Clean, spacious rooms. All staff were very friendly.

I did not like that security had to check IDs before getting on the elevator. As the person who booked the rooms for our group, I had to make sure I was present for every person (we arrived at different times) to check them and their IDs at front desk so they could get on the elevator. As this might seem like a great security measure, there was no one checking IDs in the early morning at 0600. So what is the point if it is not all hours of the day? Not a huge deal, just a first world minor inconvenience.

Parking was free and convenient. Rooms were clean, odor free,quiet and dark at night. Bed was comfortable. Security was amazing. Restaurants and coffee shop inside made late nights and early mornings a breeze. Coffee maker and refrigerator in the room. Easy access to I 10. The showers were amazing! Clean and big, and great water pressure.

You needed a wrist band for the pool. They do supply these, but they are just a cheap rubber band. We were told if we forgot to return them or lose them, they will charge us 20.00 a piece. Thought that was ridiculous. Lobby smelled of smoke. Different times of day was worse than others.
