Hotel had the friendliest staff, rooms I would expect of a Hilton Garden Inn, and a quiet location. We absolutely loved the hotel bar, which also had great service (shoutout to Dixie!), good food, and a generally good selection of beverages.

The room smelled like dirty socks, and the bathroom could've been cleaner. There was hair on the floor, and it was a bit gritty. We didn't eat breakfast as it was pretty pricey, but I'll bet it would've been good.

Friendly staff. Receiving Breakfast passes for our entire stay was a great deal and really enjoyed breakfast. Service was excellent. The rooms were clean and plenty of towels available. The blow dryer in the room was broken by a previous guest as when I opened the bag and took it out it fell apart where they trier to put it back together. I call the desk and within 4 minutes I had a new blow dryer brought to me. This is the best Cruisin the Coast trip we have had. Thank you and your staff for a great stay

Parking was limited due to people with boat trailers and car trailers at least 18 to 20 spaces where taken by allowing the trailers to park each night we had to park in the entrance circle a couple of nights

My family lives in Texas, but my brother was in an accident while he was in Mississippi, so we flew in to take care of him. We checked into this hotel at 12:30 AM, and Nichol was so helpful. We were up all during the night, asking for extra blankets, a toothbrush, a shuttle to a 24-hour pharmacy, etc. The entire staff was exceptional throughout our stay, and the rooms were extremely comfortable and clean. They helped turn a really bad situation into a very pleasant one, and we appreciate them so much!

Breakfast was same as many other Hotel Venues … Carton Fresh Eggs , sir fry frozen potato wedges and all the muffins and breads you want. The waffle maker is a great gimmick over all takes the hassle out of finding a place with the same quality food basically! Also the Cook to order is available for like $10 on most menu items…Airport only becomes an issue when enjoying the swimming pool and Hot tub which were both spotless !

I like my pillow a bit more supportive and not so cloud like, as in when ya head is set on the pillow you sink straight thru to the bed …. Small issue but it’s whatever….

The property was very clean and maintained & staff was very friendly and helpful.

The people with trailers attached to their which left limited parking for others.

all of the staff were friendly & professional - my room was clean - I traveled with my dog so the guest check-in representative made sure we had a room on first floor so that it was easy to take my dog in/out - that was extremely thoughtful!! also there’s a restaurant & bar in the lobby - very nice - I had a hamburger, fries & salad - it was great. the waitress at the bar was super friendly & attentive!

The property was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I'm always skeptical about hotels, so I was glad I picked the Hilton Garden Inn. Enjoyed my stay. When you book through Booking.com breakfast is included. Otherwise it is $ 15.

My number one need was to have a shuttle take me to the airport at 4:30 a.m. I went to the lobby that morning and requested it. The desk clerk was very friendly and offered coffee. I went to pour a cup, thinking there would be a wait, and the driver was there before I could finish making it!! Excellent service!! When I checked into the hotel, the clerk remembered me as someone who had stayed there before, and she was very welcoming.

There really wasn't anything I didn't like. I was hoping that there might be a piece of fresh fruit out for folks like me who were leaving very early, even though breakfast was not being served yet. There wasn't.
