check in could have been smoother, little help from staff regarding Booking.com reservation prepayment. Also TV has few channel choices. The check in staff should be trained to assist cutomers and not state that their credit card had been rejected when the stay had been prepaid thru Booking.com because she did not want to recognize the discount provided by Bokking.com

The breakfast was one of the best complimentary breakfasts we have ever had. They had many selections that the kids loved! The spread out time of serving gave every guest plenty of time to eat. There was no rushing to get to the breakfast bar!!

The pool was a little small for our liking but we did swim for a bit. once 3 families got down to the pool it was crowded and we decided to go back to the room. Other than that, the place is amazing. Spacious and highly recommended.

The breakfast was a cut above the usual free breakfast. The coffee was actually not too bad, and the food offerings were pretty good. The little pre- prepared sandwiches were good and were made with some actually good bread, something almost never offered in hotel complimentary breakfasts. In comparison, this breakfast was one of the best we have come across.

Most hotels have a centrally-located elevator or else one at each end of the building. This property has one elevator at one end of the building, whiled our room was at the other end. This entailed walking the full length the building every time we wanted to leave our room. Next time we'll ask for a room near the elevator.

Location was great, service was excellent, everyone was so nice. It was very clean. The room was excellent, can’t wait to visit again

The staff was nice and the breakfast was decent. It was different everyday.

The only negative was I had a 2 year old with me and there was no tub. It needs to be more child friendly in that aspect.

Great prices. Very clean inside and out. Huge Rooms, with all kitchen essentials. Big refrigerator. very comfortable bed, with extra pillows and blankets in chest of drawers. Amazing FREE breakfast , great options for different sandwiches ,Frittata , breakfast bowls , waffles, and more. Staff were very friendly. nice outdoor seating. nice pool area with multiple gas grills.

The location was great, we had our car there for Cruisin The Coast and our room was on the south side so we were able to look out and check our car.

The breakfast was NOT good at all!! There was NOT a lot of choices of food. We did not eat breakfast there the last morning that we were there.

The staff was super nice and helpful, all the way down to housekeeping! Ammenities were great and the works when it comes to breakfast! we had a small cleanliness issue with our room and they were very prompt to run us up a key to a new room without any issues.

The bathrooms weren’t clean. I had to reclean the bathroom to feel comfortable using it. One toilet had feces on it and pubic hairs throughout. The showers in both rooms were also dingy looking and had dirt stains.

It was close to the Sportsplex where I had to go and right off the interstate and everything was around it close that you would need and big parking area

The staff is incredible! The breakfast in the morning is outstanding! Location is great, plenty of parking and very clean. Workout facility is very nice as well. We have stayed here twice and would highly recommend!
