The hotel was almost perfect … I just hate the fact you have to keep telling someone to clean your room. I wish they would go back to the old days where they would clean the room regardless. The staff were very friendly, the house keepers were very friendly, and the security they have is very nice. We stayed 3 nights and I would stay again. I love the fact they have use Dove products. The bar area is very nice and had great wings and lemon drops.

I didn’t like I had to keep calling for someone to vacuum the floors. I brought my little ones and they get messy, so I have to constantly clean. I wish they would just rid the carpet. The last night we saw a small roach in our room. It was very surprising because the hotel was clean overall. I can’t really fault the hotel for that doe.

The staff was helpful and friendly.The hotel room was completely clean.Nice and neat and for the shampoo.And the body wash.It was the actual dove the expensive kind. Lynn, the food pricing at the restaurant was amazing and the food was amazing. The pool and the Jacuzzi was clean. And was awesome and it was close enough to the waterpark. That me and my kids was going too so that we was able to leave the water park to go. Use the bathroom at the hotel.

To be honest. There is nothing.I can find that I can complain about when it comes to that hotel.That is the best and i've loved it and i'm gonna go there again. There was nothing that was bad or Anything I get coined about at all room service was amazing

The room was beautiful...very welcoming...Clean...The bathroom Had All These Extra Accommodations... Was Helpful and Convenient...The staff was helpful and friendly... Greeted Us Everytime We Came In And Out. It was my daughter birthday day she enjoyed her room...Loved the fact their were Dove Products and plenty of mirrors and good lighting for pictures 😊 Would and Will Recommend Anyone To Stay here...It Also Is Located In A Great Location 9 out of 10

Only problem I had was No Complimentary breakfast.

Easy to get to and convenient to get on I10. Lots of restaurants around if you don't want to eat there. Easy to get to the gulf coast.

The coffee machine and hand lotion pump didn't work. I understand that the cleaning crew wouldn't know if a customer didn't report it. The free coffee in the lobby was lukewarm at best. I did report it when I checked out so I hope these items have been addressed.

The room was very nice and clean. Bed was comfy and TV worked as it should.

AC was pretty loud when it kicked on but wasn’t on for long. Sprained my ankle the day of and couldn’t walk on it, but no wheelchairs available. Maybe would be a good investment for later issues with future guests.

The stay was EXCELLENT!!! We normally would stay at a casino on our trips but due to booking holiday inn wa our last result and we were highly impressed!! Thanks to the entire staff for great hospitality.. definitely stay again

They give me someone else room and didn’t make it right by maybe a complimentary stay. Because I went into someone’s run it could have been a weapon waiting on me behind that door. But thank God the people was not inside.

The location is perfect. The facilities were clean. The staff was phenomenal. I felt valued and recognized every time I entered and/or exited the building. We felt secure and very comfortable. I recommend it!

Breakfast was good, staff was very friendly.

I requested room service to have the clean, only because I had a bad nose bleed that morning. Came back later that night and my bathroom was cleaned, the beds were made, but they kept the same bloody sheets and pillow cases.

I enjoyed the kitchen staff, the rooms the pool and hot tub.

The manager was not nice, the staff was very nice. The ac didn’t work in the indoor pool room. The carpet needs to be shampooed my feet was black from my room when taking my shower and going to get in the bed I would have to get a washcloth and we would have to clean our feet.
