The room was beautiful...very welcoming...Clean...The bathroom Had All These Extra Accommodations... Was Helpful and Convenient...The staff was helpful and friendly... Greeted Us Everytime We Came In And Out. It was my daughter birthday day she enjoyed her room...Loved the fact their were Dove Products and plenty of mirrors and good lighting for pictures 😊 Would and Will Recommend Anyone To Stay here...It Also Is Located In A Great Location 9 out of 10

Only problem I had was No Complimentary breakfast.

Easy to get to and convenient to get on I10. Lots of restaurants around if you don't want to eat there. Easy to get to the gulf coast.

The coffee machine and hand lotion pump didn't work. I understand that the cleaning crew wouldn't know if a customer didn't report it. The free coffee in the lobby was lukewarm at best. I did report it when I checked out so I hope these items have been addressed.

The room was very nice and clean. Bed was comfy and TV worked as it should.

AC was pretty loud when it kicked on but wasn’t on for long. Sprained my ankle the day of and couldn’t walk on it, but no wheelchairs available. Maybe would be a good investment for later issues with future guests.

Breakfast was good, staff was very friendly.

I requested room service to have the clean, only because I had a bad nose bleed that morning. Came back later that night and my bathroom was cleaned, the beds were made, but they kept the same bloody sheets and pillow cases.

The location is perfect. The facilities were clean. The staff was phenomenal. I felt valued and recognized every time I entered and/or exited the building. We felt secure and very comfortable. I recommend it!

I enjoyed the kitchen staff, the rooms the pool and hot tub.

The manager was not nice, the staff was very nice. The ac didn’t work in the indoor pool room. The carpet needs to be shampooed my feet was black from my room when taking my shower and going to get in the bed I would have to get a washcloth and we would have to clean our feet.

The staff get A+ because they were totally helpful and even mailed us a backpack we forgot. The pool and spa were to die for. Excellent. Shower was great, towels soft. Bed was comfortable. Seemed secure.

It's expensive and really what is provided that justifies that kind of price? I know it's in season but it's Gulfport not Tampa. Also low flying jets constantly. Wasn't a deal breaker but wow that's a busy airport. Also towels in the pool area were gone and not replaced often enough. And it's time to change the carpet in the room, for sure.

The location was perfect for my stay. The parade route was just minutes away and so was shopping experience. The breakfast was great, it was cooked to perfection and brought out in a timely manner.

Construction equipment was in the parking lot taking up parking space.

the tile around pool was extremely slick, I have a special needs child and he continued to slip due to the texture and being slick

It was very easy to get a room at the last minute. The lady's at the front desk made everything easy and very welcoming when walking in. The rooms are super clean with very comfortable beds. With very clean and comfortable bathrooms.

Love everything bout it. Great location for ctc and restaurant.
