Site was close to family and we could get there fast from this hotel.

I wish the doors locked at a certain time. They have not been fixed since the last time we stayed there. When there are two females staying g at your hotel it would nice if the doors locked and you have to use door key to get in. Your evening staff was not very friendly. Young lady was rude and not friendly at all. When I asked for additional wash clothes she told me I would have to bring the two from my room. Not sure why I was told this. The rudeness is what bothered me the most.

The front desk clerk. He was so professional and kind. He can put a smile on anyone’s face. The rooms were clean. Didn’t have time to try breakfast but it smelled pretty good. 9/10 for me.

The bottom outskirts under the mattresses need to be cleaned. Housekeeping seems to miss all that. Sorry for being extra but i check every bed before I lay my head down.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. Staff was very helpful and professional.

The wi-fi didn't work the entire time we were there. A staff member gave us a number to call to try to troubleshoot the issue, but they were no help at all, and the problem continued. The staff member explained that the day prior to us visiting, they had to drain, clean, and refill the pool so when went for a swim the water was extremely cold. The kids still got in but couldn't enjoy it. Maybe next time we stay, these issues will be resolved.

I enjoyed EVERYTHING ! The room and facility were good and clean. Breakfast was great! JOHNATHAN WAS AMAZING!!!!! HE'S THE BEST EVER!!!! A TRUE DIAMOND, AND IM SO GLAD I GOT A CHANCE TO MEET HIM. HE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO GET MY RESERVATION STRAIGHT. HE'S DEFINITELY A JEWEL! IM LOOKING FORWARD TO MY NEXT STAY. THIS WILL DEFINITELY BE MY HOTEL FROM NOW ON!

Convenient (easy access) to the highway. Decent breakfast choices included. Clean, comfortable rooms. The small fitness center and indoor pool are a plus.

Lack of overnight security on rear and side access doors. Doors weren't locked so a key card wasn't needed. I stayed here several years ago and the key card was the only way to get in these doors overnight.

Everything was good, The price, staff and location. And, the breakfast was REALLY good

Our sink faucet only worked on the hot side, the cold water just trickled, but it wasn't a big deal. A few things could be fixed, like the door frame in bathroom and some rust on the metal wall fixtures. But, overall it was great

The breakfast was nice every morning. The room was nice and clean. It was an easy access to the highway. The AC worked great. The staff was friendly and if we needed something for the room they were happy to supply towels.

The road getting to the hotel was rough and huge pot holes. You really had to maneuver your car so you would not hit the big pot holes and at night if you did not know they were there it could have cause damage to your car and tires and that was the only way in and out. The other issue I had was the man sleeping under the tree in front of the hotel. The doors did into the building did not lock so he could come in an out as he pleased. The entry that you should be using with your card to get in did not work work the slider looked liked it had been vandalized and never fixed. The shower head was crusted over and did not work well. We went to Walmart and bought a new one a used it while we were there and put the other one back on when we left.

The room was clean but was obviously older and could use some updating. The breakfast was what was expected. It was good but not great.

The walls are a little thin and you can hear people in the next room. It wasn’t a problem in our room but our travel partners had to call the front desk and complain.

The rooms were cleaned and appeared up to date. The front desk person was super nice and helpful.

My only issue I had was the back door does not catch or it is left propped open all night. That is very unsafe. There were a couple of individuals in the back parking lot that I’m not sure if they were homeless or passing through. I would prefer the back door be secured as it’s supposed to be.

Spacious, clean, quiet, comfortable. Night staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was nice.

The morning receptionist was not at the front desk much for people needing assistance. She seemed to not want to be bothered or disturbed by anyone.
