Site was close to family and we could get there fast from this hotel.

I wish the doors locked at a certain time. They have not been fixed since the last time we stayed there. When there are two females staying g at your hotel it would nice if the doors locked and you have to use door key to get in. Your evening staff was not very friendly. Young lady was rude and not friendly at all. When I asked for additional wash clothes she told me I would have to bring the two from my room. Not sure why I was told this. The rudeness is what bothered me the most.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. Staff was very helpful and professional.

The wi-fi didn't work the entire time we were there. A staff member gave us a number to call to try to troubleshoot the issue, but they were no help at all, and the problem continued. The staff member explained that the day prior to us visiting, they had to drain, clean, and refill the pool so when went for a swim the water was extremely cold. The kids still got in but couldn't enjoy it. Maybe next time we stay, these issues will be resolved.

The breakfast was nice every morning. The room was nice and clean. It was an easy access to the highway. The AC worked great. The staff was friendly and if we needed something for the room they were happy to supply towels.

The road getting to the hotel was rough and huge pot holes. You really had to maneuver your car so you would not hit the big pot holes and at night if you did not know they were there it could have cause damage to your car and tires and that was the only way in and out. The other issue I had was the man sleeping under the tree in front of the hotel. The doors did into the building did not lock so he could come in an out as he pleased. The entry that you should be using with your card to get in did not work work the slider looked liked it had been vandalized and never fixed. The shower head was crusted over and did not work well. We went to Walmart and bought a new one a used it while we were there and put the other one back on when we left.

The rooms were cleaned and appeared up to date. The front desk person was super nice and helpful.

My only issue I had was the back door does not catch or it is left propped open all night. That is very unsafe. There were a couple of individuals in the back parking lot that I’m not sure if they were homeless or passing through. I would prefer the back door be secured as it’s supposed to be.

The room was clean, nice and comfortable. The breakfast was good but needed more selection.

Even though it was a non-smoking hotel, every time we left our room, the hallway and elevator reaked off weed smell. It was too the point of getting sick at times. The parking lot was no better. I complained to the attendant, who explained that more people were complaining. They tried to mask it with air freshener to no avail. I don't blame the hotel for inconsiderate people, but I do blame them for lack of enforcement.

The room was clean but was obviously older and could use some updating. The breakfast was what was expected. It was good but not great.

The walls are a little thin and you can hear people in the next room. It wasn’t a problem in our room but our travel partners had to call the front desk and complain.

I like customer service she was very honest,the lady at the front desk helped allot she was new but she tried to be as patient as possible.

On the details it had said it was a smoking room and on the pictures it had a hot tub I called and confirmed I didn't make it a big deal or tought less becasue since tought if I paid for the best room I wouldn't have an issue. Once I got there notice that it did not have a hot tub and also that even it said it was non smoking it smelled like smoke.

The staff always make me feel important respected appreciated i travel home often to visit my grandchild and children i refuse to go anywhere else.. the staff makes you feel that welcome 🙏

Nongrits at breakfast buffet or bacon ..oh i think the pool should be a little warmer being its inside

Reasonable pricing very clean inside and out room are a lot bigger than normal beds and pillow very comfortable. Nice and quiet friendly staff and an amazing breakfast!

The indoor pool was freezing cold one of the main reason I chose this hotel for my grandkids but unable to use. Lighting in the room very poor

They was inside the water was to cold The fridge didn’t cool the drinks off until 2 days later The Wi-Fi didn’t work in our room we had to go down stairs to get connected
