I love the way the staff greeted me every time we passed. They were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and the fragrance of the hotel met me at the door. I love the scent. The housekeepers were amazing and made sure our room had fresh linen.

I didn’t like that the weather was cool so we couldn’t really swim and I didn’t like that I couldn’t use the gym because my kids wanted to tag along. The hotel was a very pleasant stay for me and my family.

It was a very clean and looked like newly build hotel and room. It was great for the price and all the staff was very friendly , helpful and very nice especially Mr. Trey . I enjoyed the stay !

When I arrived, there was no media available . No internet and no television service but Mr.Trey explained to me what was going on and when it would be repaired . He kept me updated and informed . The television choices leaves a lot to be desired . Very limited choices !

I liked everything. I really felt that I treated myself being there. The room was modern and convenient and very clean. I also liked the pretty, light bedspreads that can easily be washed after every customer. The bed situation with the couch and having those linens in the room helped my family a lot. I liked that the room had a refrigerator and microwave. The breakfast was the best I had had at a hotel and it was convenient. I liked everything and want to go back some day!

The breakfast was delicious. There was an enormous selection to choose from. I was very pleased. The food was fresh and replenished often. There was even an oatmeal bar with all the fixings. A+++

The coffee was weak. I grew up in New Orleans, so I’m used to stronger coffee. That is my only gripe. Although there was a Keurig coffee maker in my room that made halfway decent brew so no big loss.

To be honest my husband & I truly enjoyed everything for his surprise birthday. It wasn’t anything we didn’t love. The rooms were amazing, clean, ready on check in, the front desk was so nice and friendly, the breakfast was awesome as well. The beach was literally 5 mins down the street and it’s surrounded so many attractions & food places. We will definitely be returning.

I liked that the property was very quiet, clean and amazing breakfast!! Everything is right by the hotel including, restaurants and stores. All within 1-3 miles. Love love love this hotel!

The only thing that I didn’t like is that we had to go through the front lobby if we came downstairs. The room keys didn’t work for any of the side doors.

the location was perfect. the property was amazing. it was in right in the heart of everything. the room was a good size

the pool was overdone on chlorine, in our room someone had colored all over the wall. there were a couple of things that could have been fixed in our room. with children. tub is a must so it was a little challenging with a shower. the back grassy area behind the hotel would be a good spot for a small play area for children

Great location, only minutes from Airport, the rooms are spacious and my room was spotless! I had everything I needed to make for a comfortable stay. I really appreciated the hospitality shown by the staff.

Breakfast buffet was delicious, but for people who do not eat pork, may I suggest beef sausage, please?

All hotels should model this one. The service was wonderful. The staff was kind and helpful. Everyone there greeted you with a smile. The facility is nice and very clean. I was there on New Year's Eve, and it was busy, but I still didn't hear a peep of foot traffic while staying here.

One of the staff (younger lady) was not as friendly or helpful as the others. She was slow to respond to our request and behaved as though she was bothered by our request for a small packet of toothpaste
