The hotel smelt wonderful as you walked in. The complimentary breakfast was always appreciated. The hotel had a kitchen as well as a full size fridge

First the sharing of the parking lot with another hotel was frustrating, as the other hotel seemed to have some event going on, it made it difficult to continue receiving a parking spot closer to where we were staying. The ac in the room tended to be a little warmer. Though our room’s location did have direct sunlight at different times of the day, shouldn’t affect much when the curtains are closed. It was all the way on as low as it could go , which is 65 and it would not be comfortable until in the middle of the night

The room was comfortable and convenient for a long stay. Plenty of parking spots.

The cable tv was really limited. The breakfast often lacked some essentials such as yoghurts and fruits. There were no trays available for those guests wanting privacy during breakfast. The breakfast time on the weekends was not an ideal (from 7 am to 9 am). The room felt shaky when people walked above your room or in the hallways. You could hear the neighboring rooms. Some breakfast staff was not friendly. The gym card reader was not working properly.

I loved everything the staffs were wonderful. From the front desk to the housekeeping and the people in the kitchen. They made us very comfortable.

I loved everything I don't have anything bad to say about this place. They made us feel at home.

Everything about the hotel was very awesome we loved every moment it felt like home .

The room was clean, and exquisite, the staff was very polite and courteous, the location 5 minutes from everything we wanted , overall very awesome experience.

The area is good. Close to everything. No noise, even being located by airport. Private bedroom was ok.

The first time I stayed here in May, it was exceptional! Zero complaints. I paid for the biggest king suite just as I did last time & got stuck in a very small king suite. This one was way less appealing & was NOT what I was expecting. Wish we could’ve gotten the same one or style as we did the first time!

I love the atmosphere there, the customer service, and the ladies that keep the place clean are so nice! Its my home away from home, I love this place!

Everything & very friendly staff

Room was perfect size for our family, kids had a blast in the pool. The property was very clean and well kept. Staff was very friendly. Kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need, except trash bags.

Check in says 16:00, our room wasnt cleaned and ready until after 17:00. No trash bags anywhere in the room, not even in the cans.

The bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was so good.

The ice maker didn't work - I'm an ice fan. The bathtub was stained and looked dirty. I just think it needs to be switched out.

The staff was very welcoming!! The rooms were very spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious!

They need to update their amenities…the basketball goal is no longer there due a storm.
