the room was very spacious and clean. the bed was very comfortable. the front desk staff was very polite. I liked that for breakfast they you can make waffles and that they had 2 different sizes to chose from. I liked that they had direct TV in the room and several channels to watch.

the pool is indoors, and there weren't any towels for us to dry off with. we had to go to the front desk dripping wet to get towels since there is a sign asking us not to bring towels from the room. the food was ok, but there was no variation on the hot food side. I didn't like that they had the milk for cereal in a carafe instead of little single serve containers which made it hard to bring a bowl of cereal back to your room to eat without spilling the milk. the worst thing was that the fire alarm went off around 10 pm. for no apparent reason. there was no iron in the room but had an ironing board.

Everything and everyone was lovely.

This is not a dislike but I needed some work documents printed but the printer was not working properly. The left side of the page left white-out areas. However, the person at the front desk did his best and gave me the best copies. It was enough for me the see the names on the pages and I was able to make it work for me. I really appreciated his help. However, what I did Not like where the pillows. They were a little too firm for my liking.

After reading some of the reviews on here I was doubting staying here. We went on vacation with 3 young children and I was worried about the homeless being outside. We did not see any homeless anywhere near the hotel. The room was bigger than we had expected. The place was very clean. The staff was very accommodating. The only thing I could possibly complain about is the key reader to get in the front door after 11 doesn’t work the best. Other than that we will definitely book here again!

The room was nice, but the room was too small for the beds, which made the bed too close to the air conditioner. I called the front desk, and he sent maintenance in to check to see if the unit was fine. It was, but the unit was sucking the bed spread into the unit because of the closeness, which had the room warm & made it seem like the unit wasn't working. There does need to be more space between the air conditioner units & the beds. I agree with maintenance that the wall needs to be moved over more so the beds can be moved over. But other than that, everything else was ok.

I didn't like that the bed sheets & pillow cases were wrinkled. It made me feel as if the staff had just made up the bed from the previous occupants & had not changed the sheets. Also, my toilet hadn't been cleaned because u could see the dirty film inside the toilet & they put clean towels on top of dust because they hadn't dusted the shelves in the bathroom in awhile.

Comfortable bed, clean, felt safe

Wall same thing so you could hear a lot of noise from other families, the back entry door didn’t open, so must be broken because we tried two cards, the ice machine on the second floor was broken, super inconvenient that the breakfast did not open until seven and we missed it both days. Got a hotel with free breakfast for the purpose of saving money and ended up completely screwing ourselves over. even more frustrating that I sent and watched the workers serving themselves breakfast from the breakfast bar while it was closed. We had to go to a drive thru before heading to the soccer game instead.

The entire hotel was clean with a fresh smell upon arrival, very spacious rooms, and great customer service from the staff to also include Ms. Gwen who made sure their was hot food and a large variety during breakfast. She was observed making extra efforts to make sure a small family got hot food although they came down late due to the mother taking care of their small children. Warm welcome!

Like to see the side door to outside parking lot provide more assess with the use of key card. Nothing more!

Ms. Sharon was so kind to me on the phone when authorizing my transaction the day before. She explained everything thoroughly. I loved the way it smelled on the inside. They really take care of the entrance and rooms.

I did not like the horrible seafood smell outside of the property due to two seafood places being close by. Check in was also a long process due to having a lady in front of me slowing the line up.. 5 people in line at one time. An extra person up front would have helped a lot.

Room very clean, housekeeping did an excellent job.

Far end of the hotel parking lot, homeless person with bags & shopping car, there our entire 5 nights. Strip center (empty),next to the hotel, Several homeless people with beds made out of cardboard. Also a homeless set up in back of that building by the dumpster. This does not make one feel safe about their vehicle.

Very clean and staff was friendly.

It wasn’t the front desk employee’s fault, he was helping another guest. But we did have to wait about 15 minutes for him to return to check us in. He was the only person at the front desk. This may not have been a problem during the day shift. We didn’t check in until 11PM. He was very apologetic. The room was very nice and we asked for and got a late checkout.
