Awesome location- cute little downtown area. The locals are so sweet! The rooms were clean and ready precisely at 3pm for checkin!

Overall- 6/10!! Okay, this was kind of a big issue. The bathroom was gorgeous and clean, BUT they need to do something about the water drainage for the shower. It’s a cute walk in shower with just a shower curtain but the water soaks the floor. We had to use nearly every towel to attempt to dry the bathroom floor after a quick shower. It was a mess and could be dangerous for kids or elderly. Also, the check-in was contactless. I didn’t mind that, but it would have been nice to know there isn’t really a front office as you would find at most hotels. It was a little confusing at first.

The hotel was very quiet as the restaurant/bar in the lobby was closed when we were there (Monday) but there was a friendly neighborhood bar across the street that was welcoming. The room was exceptionally clean--the bedding smelled fresh as did the linens in the bathroom. We didn't get that creepy "should I use this" feeling that we do in some rooms. We appreciated the attention to details like snacks and bottled water in the room. We would stay there again and recommend it to others.

Everything was great. I didn’t try the restaurant, but the atmosphere looked great.

Check in process was difficult. Forced you to go through booking.com. Then call for a passcode. After this I received 8 emails none of which had the passcode, finally I think an employee at the restaurant handed me a pass code given to her by the manger over the phone. This can be resolved by booking ahead of time. Or being able to pay at the restaurant.

Great location in Pass Christian - right near a lovely coffee shop/book shop, a short walk from the beach and close to a couple of good restaurants and bars. The room was big and really comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

There weren't any staff on hand to help with queries when we had them/help with booking taxis etc.

I liked the location, and it was well appointed. I liked being on the ground floor but missed a view. It was very clean.

There is no on location staff to answer questions or help with problems. You called a number and spoke to someone far away. These people you called were very good at helping though.

Very comfortable large king suite on second floor. Easy access to shops, restaurants etc. Very well stocked with kitchen items but we didn’t use any. They even had a complimentary snack basket which was nice. Liked the easy door access with code.

Stairs only to upper floor. Limited parking in back.

Room was nice and clean, comfortable too.

Arrived at 17.30 and checking in was a nightmare... .no email with room code sent to us so couldn't get in. No staff to ask but thankfully, the pharmacy across the road was still open and the kind lady there made some calls for us (we're from the UK) Eventually someone called with the code so we could get in, but no staff to be seen for our entire stay of 2 nights!

Location was absolutely ideal, very close to the beach. The small town was very walkable with several restaurants located nearby.

The water in the gulf was a bit dirty, but the beaches were beautiful to sit on.

The LOCATION was amazing! The balcony was HUGE. It was right across from the beach. Nice shopping on the street.

The beds were not comfortable. Didn't like sharing a balcony with 4 other rooms.

The room was excellent. It was clean and comfortable. I liked that there was no front desk. The room number and code for the door was sent by text. There was coffee, water and snacks in the room. I didn't need any more than that and I could walk to the beach.
