We did not have the free breakfast because Waffle House was steps away! The owner was VERY VERY nice and accommodating. Room was clean. Some of the neighbors were loud, but that wasn't the hotel owners' fault. That is to be expected for this type of hotel, (room right next to the parked cars).
Loud neighbors, but they quieted down after 9:30 pm.

Felt like it was a safe place to stay, including where my vehicle was parked. Overall clean and good condition room.
There was a patch in one of the walls but it had been repaired but could still see it. Not a big deal, also an outlet moved when plugging something into it.

Every time we stay the beds are comfortable, room is clean, staff is very helpful. Although the property is dated & may need minor improvements, it is a very good place to stay!
Property is of course dated & minor repairs are needed. However, there is evidence that the staff is doing their best to keep things repaired!

whoever they had clean the room wasn’t very good. I bought stuff to clean the bathtub because there was a ring on the inside of it. The cleaning person came in the first day and only took out the trash and didn’t pickup the dirty washcloth or make the bed. The second day they didn’t come in and clean at all. The bed wasn’t made or trash taken out.

location and price compared to the area. Room was quiet and nice no issues. Clean, a room with 4 adults we needed more than 2 towels, ... was surprised to find no toiletries supplied no shampoo or soap in the room.
no toiletries no shampoo no body wash no soap.. thats weird. AC was cool and comfortable but would not get colder.
