Stayed here previously and was very impressed by the renovations and updating of the hotel accomodation. The new management team went the extra mile to see that my stay was without any problems. They were very professional yet friendly with no request seeming to be any problem for them. I hope they are successful and from what I have experianced, they very much deserve to do just that. They are an excellent ambassadors for Ramada By Wyndham hotels.

We would have liked a freezer compartment in the fridge. My complaint about check in was that I went to the trouble of checking in on line the day before and still had to go through the process all over again when I arrived at the hotel. Very annoying after a long drive and the $101 deposit unreasonable.

The hotel was fine, it’s an older hotel and it’s been renovated.

They have a lot of rules, they don’t want you taking your food from the breakfast area back to your room. If you use your room towel at the pool, you will get fined (there is a sign and front desk staff confirmed this), the pool towel is so tiny. It’s been renovated, the slapped some paint over the original structures (tub, doors, ceiling, ect) and it’s already flaking off.

Breakfast was acceptable. Location quiet with convenient access to places to eat and I10. Very clean but did not get maid service daily…so trash not removed and clean towels not replaced. Excellent indoor pool and hot tub; very spacious. Friendly staff.

Would prefer daily cleaning of room. We bagged up our trash but no one replaced towels or took trash out, restocked coffee, etc… regular stuff.

The hotel has had a major renovation and upgrade since my last stay, and is now in very exceptional condition with all facilities of the highest standards. The staff were very helpful and responded to all my requests quickly and positively. I was very appreciative of all they did to make my stay that much better. .

No open restaurant or bar, but I am sure that will. Happen eventually, and there are several local venues to choose.

A great lay out, covered walkways around the entire property, so you won't get wet when it rains. The indoor pool and hotbub were the reason for the stay, and it was lovely. Staff was very friendly, and a hot breakfast in the morning hit the spot. It is very convenient to restaurants, bowling, golf, and beach

For the price I thought it was great. Really impressive indoor pool area. I couldn't beat it for the price. Front desk let me know about the bar and grill across from the hotel, and jus a little about the area.

Our room was facing west. It got majority of the sun all day. That A/C was working over time. I understand that it is beginning of August, 101° with a feels like 120°. It wasn't unbearable. After the sun went down it got better. But over all? Satisfied.

It’s an older hotel but very clean, comfortable beds, indoor pool and breakfast is included. The staff were very friendly.

I liked everything about it but some of the people I was with said they wish the pool wasn’t so cold.

The location was perfect for my in-laws. The stayed at the Econo-lodge nearby and my mother-in-law always complained about the parking at night and how unsafe she felt. The stay here made them feel safe and they were able to get a room on the lower level which is needed for my father-in-law who has a back issue.

Very friendly receptionist. Hotel bedroom was very clean and beds were great. On our way to New Orleans, great overnight stop before the main visitor info at Slidell. Great value for money. Delighted. Breakfast was fine.
