The location was wonderful. It is in a more “residential” area and not really commercial! I loved the yard layout with the pool and grass area. Short walk to the beach! My family loved the breakfast and the staff was so friendly! Some even gave the guys some fishing advice. There is also a small little shop in the lobby for snack drinks and necessities you may have forgotten! They were doing renovations when we stayed but it was not a bother at all! I’m so excited to see what they have added when we go back in a few months!

I can’t think of anything they could change to make it better other than maybe offering room service for dinner/lunch. Also more pillows on the bed!

From your wonderful guest services staff to even the guys working on the renovation, everyone was kind, professional and went out of their way to help this weary traveler. My room was clean, neat and I had room service every day. Which you don't get every where anymore. Coming down to breakfast in the morning, OMG, what a delicious delight. I couldn't believe my eyes. Let me tell you, it was beyond anything any hotel ever served for breakfast that I've stayed at. I haven't stopped talking about your place since I got home.

I love trees, but blocking my view of the ocean was a bit of a let down. Lol but I survived. Really, it became no big deal after I just went and sat by your lovely pool

Everything! Was in MS for just 1 night with 3 of my teen girls for a concert. The Inn is right in the middle of wherever you want to go, rooms were very spacious & clean. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Even had free fresh baked cookies at the front desk. Breakfast was wonderful. So much to choose from & tasty. All for a great, reasonable price.

More washcloths already in the bathrooms. Going get more was not a problem at all but there was 4 of us & only 1 washcloth. And maybe an extra blanket in the room but again none of that is a deal breaker for me at all. just thoughts.

The location , the upgrades are great. The staff is great as usual ! This is an extension of home for us. Thanks for another great trip!! The breakfast staff was phenomenal!! Thanks!

One concern was the Handicapped accessible room , was well a few of the improvements were not as other rooms. The small ironing board was not efficient, we needed a regular one that could be let down , we still iron. The tub was still a little too high . There mold was in the air conditioner.

This hotel was the best part of our vacation. Large and comfortable rooms, good views, very friendly staff and a complimentary breakfast buffet each morning that would put some restaurants to shame. The hotel is located right across the street from the beach, as a pool and is within walking/short driving distance of restaurants and other attractions. I also recommend taking advantage of the 3 p.m. cookie they offer and the popsicle hotline by the pool.

The community of Long Beach needs more crosswalks or a pedestrian bridge or something because crossing a highway to get to the beach when people don't stop can be somewhat challenging. As far as the hotel is concerned, the only thing I was disappointed by was not having a microwave in our room and having to use a shared one.

Their breakfast is amazing and soft. The TV channels have something for everyone. Lots of sports, children's channels, a few movie channels. The pool was clean. Beds were made daily. I love, love, love the fresh cookies they make for guests every day. The hotel is right across the road from the beach.

I don't care for all the sports channels on TV. They removed microwaves from the rooms. There are only 2 handicapped spaces, but it's pretty level and close by if you don't get one. I don't like where they moved the room for breakfast. I think it was fine the way it was.

Everything that matters in an exception hotel stay was meet and exceeded at The Inn : comfortable bed, clean room, courteous staff, breakfast (hot, plentiful, delicious, offerings Top Notch!) Above & beyond -- being greeted as you came & left (being seen & valued); fresh daily cookies, bikes available for use, location (superb). Nothing lacking & everything you want plus more! Also, traveling alone, felt safe and at ease entire stay.

Did not notice a single area of improvement. Liked everything!

Breakfast was excellent and lots of nice choices. They even made oat milk cappuccinos which I really appreciated because I am lactose intolerant. Everything was pleasant and comfortable. They were changing the tile floors in the lobby and tried really hard to minimise any inconvenience to the guests. The staff was particularly friendly and had helpful suggestions about local questions.

I don’t remember any outside umbrellas at the terrace tables during breakfast. This might be helpful because the sun and heat are strong from early onwards.

Four words to describe The Inn at Long Beach —it was just fabulous! From the moment we stepped in, the staff greeted us with such warmth and friendliness that I felt like I was coming home after a long trip. They were always on hand to help with anything we needed! Now, let me get to the room—wow, just wow! It was so spacious, I swear I could've hosted a mini dance party in there. But the real cherry on top? The breathtaking beach view. Waking up every morning to the sound of waves and that vast expanse of blue was pure bliss. And breakfast, can we talk about breakfast? Their continental spread was out of this world! But the pièce de résistance was the custom pancakes. So if you're looking for an awesome stay, this is the place. Impeccable service, luxurious space, dreamy views, and a breakfast to write home about. Definitely going back there!

Great location and clean rooms

My son has Celiacs disease and we asked the lady if they had GF pancakes. She said yea and when she came with the order she said, regular pancakes. I said aren’t these GF. She said yes. Well this morning we asked for them and they said they haven’t served GF pancakes in over a year. My son was sick all day because of it.
