The staff was exceptional!!!! We loved the location for the purpose of our trip to relax with family was able to walk across the street to the beach or there was plenty of parking along the road for beach access only a 10 min walk to the pier 5 min drive to the mall mcds dollar tree and more also able to walk it's right next to a souvenir shop and about 15 min drive to the casinos! Your able to rent jet skis umbrellas and chairs right on the beach across the street! The beds could have been better and not a crazy amount of room or closets in the rooms we were in but all in all we enjoyed ourselves!!!!

The service desk at check in and out was very polite and very willing to help with tips on what to do while visiting she was great

Was not told you have to go to front desk to get clean towels until my visit was finished I had to use my own towels when I seen house keeping I asked for towels she never told me to go to the desk she only said I don't have any then I asked to use a broom so I could sweep the floor in the room j was in and she handed me the broom and dust pan while our last afternoon staying the kids went to the pool and the sign says no drinking and yet people had ice chest with beer drinking in the pool so after a short visit there I told the kids let's go over all the hotel was great with a few claws but yes I would stay again

The room was nice. The pool was great. The location perfect. The staff friendly. And the view from our room was amazing, overlooked pool and beach. Will definitely return. oH and pet friendly!!! Brought my two cats and they loved the views and room more than we did lol.

The only complaint which isnt even a complaint is the ice machines didn't work on our floor. We had to go down to first floor. But I'm not even complaining about it. Everything was perfect ☺️

The staff was AWESOME! Every staff member that I interacted with was very friendly, very helpful, and overall just GREAT!

The ONE thing that we did not like was our beds. The mattresses were on a wooden platform, no boxspring, which would have been ok had the mattresses not been worn out! When you sit, you sink straight to the wood! But, other than that, we really had nothing to complain about.

I'll be honest I was hesitant at first bc of reviews that said this place was dirty and stunk of weed smoke constantly. But!! This was actually the best motel 6 I've ever stayed in. Everything was great, the employees, the room, the bed, were all great. Everything was clean, the room smelled good, no smoke smells, and my dog got to stay for free!

The walls were thin so my dog had high anxiety all throughout the night from hearing all the sounds in the hall. Not much the staff can do about that though, I think that's more of an us problem.

Bedroom and restroom was very clean. The bed and sheets were also clean and very comfortable. Many towels available and we were even able to ask for more if we needed to. The front desk was also helpful in helping us book and also extend our stay. It was one of our first times booking a hotel and they helped make this process easy, expecially the staff named Josh or Joshua, he was very friendly. Easy check out as well.

The room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and eager to help with any issues. Pool was great and clean. And the value was great.

I stayed for 4 nights not one single day did a housekeeper ask if we needed any service such as towles and trash we had to walk to the front desk and ask for towels. Luckily we brought some trash bags so we were able to put trash in hallway by door and change our own trash. We never had a do not disturb sign up as one wasn't provided.

Bed: There was a board under the mattress, which is good for some, but not my preference... ALL THE SAME, I slept comfortably. LOCATION IS PERFECT ---- BEACH FRONT VIEW --- BEACH FRONT VIEW --- WALKING TRAIL (SAFE - 5 mile walk) Sue at FRONT DESK was EXCEPTIONAL (Gave GREAT Food Suggestions, Accommodating, Friendly, Professional and Knowledgeable)

The board under the mattress BUT again, I slept comfortably for 6 hours...

The pool was excellent the staff was excellent also great location

Ice machine was down on 2nd floor but we had one on the first the hallways close to the elevator was very hot ac wasn’t working the hall way toward the front where our room were was great good and cool but when u had to go to elevator it was very hot

Good value for the cost of a Saturday night stay for a concert at the Gulf Coast Coliseum. On US Hwy 90, across the street from the beach and less than a mile from the Gulf Coast Coliseum. Location is great, room was adequate; no frills, but would recommend.

Only complaint, since you're asking, is the hallways, on the floors, to access the rooms were hot.
