The breakfast was great! A wide variety of choices to eat. The staff was extremely helpful and super friendly. The hotel was very clean, our room was very clean when we would come back with fresh towels, bed made, garbage cleaned up. Even though the hotel had many guests, you didn't hear lots of noise. Everyone was respectful of each other.

Our biggest complaint was the humidity and smell when we would come back to our room. The AC/fan would not be running. We would walk in and it would smell like wet dirty laundry (or feet). This would go away once we got the ac/fan running. Bed was a bit too firm. Mini fridge does not have a freezer section to refreeze our ice packs.

The Staff/ EXTREMELY NICE AND READY TO ACCOMMODATE REQUEST..The Desk Clerks are very pleasant..I like them both..

Wellllll... don't like to speak negatively,butttt.. I thought I had done my research but I didn't do well enough..I thought it was a no pet allowed facility and a man had taken his dog out and left the feces outside, my my my... Soooooooo incredibly stinky outside afterwards.. Y'all already know there are some who are NOT going to do right and follow the rules.. That's really my only complaint because I really like this place.. Very nice guests as well...See you soon..

This hotel was amazing. The staff when we checked in was just beyond helpful. He give us the best room we had a view of the beach. It was awesome. We had breakfast and breakfast was amazing. Everybody was so friendly. The hotel was extremely clean. Our room was amazing, I wish they would have like toothbrushes in the room like most hotels do but that’s OK. We was prepared. We had the best view from our hotel. It’s right across from the beach walking distance for souvenir shops, restaurants if you’re looking for a decent price hotel with a decent hotel on the beach view this is your go place. We felt safe in the parking lot at night. I will be going back to this hotel.

I wish they had ink pens and little notepads in their rooms along with maybe some little samples of soap With the pumps of soap. with toothbrushes, maybe.

The room was super clean and smelled sooo fresh! The bed was comfortable and we had a nice view of the beach. The breakfast was amazing with a full spread and Cheryl was the best attendant! We highly recommend this hotel and will be staying here again.

The only thing we were disappointed with was no bacon on the Sunday breakfast. But I guess if that's the worst of it, we can get over it. LOL Wish there were more restaurants close by, but that has nothing to do with the hotel itself.

All the Staff was very helpful and very nice as well as professional. The room was great! Plenty of space. Did not feel claustrophobic! Location was great as well! Right on the main strip in town. Breakfast was delicious and warm - great selection and very substantial! The face plate on our door was coming off and in no time maintenance was there to fix it

I didn't get to try the food, but I seen the presentation. It smelled good from the corridors. The hotel was overall great with good customer service and the guest was respectful of each other as well.

All the service was amazing. The hotel was very clean and welcoming. The staff was very polite and courteous. The rooms were clean and cool and I like where my room was close to all entrances. Great job Holiday Inn Express - I look forward to my next visit.

The continental breakfast was great, my husband and I especially enjoyed the pancake maker. That was different indeed because we would normally be served waffles as an option instead. The location of the dining area is where it was expected. Overall it's a 10 plus!

Not much really except for the door on the side that we went in and out of due to it being closer to our room. For some reason it didn't always close as it should to allow the lock for security. Other than this, it was a really great stay, my husband and I thoughly enjoyed the comfort it gave in our room and staff was great!

This motel was in a perfect spot mid way Biloxi and Gulfport. Directly across the street from the beach with bathrooms. Continental breakfast was so nice to get up and eat and begin our day. The front desk associates were so nice and helpful.

I had to find a cart for towels and toilet paper. no one came in to service our room and no tag was on our door.

We love the breakfast and the polite staff! We discovered the great location last year, and we really like its close proximity to the beach and food, bathrooms, etc.

We did not realize it was Scrapin' the Coast that weekend! It is not the hotel's fault, but it took us very long to get to the hotel due to the closed crossovers all along Beach Boulevard. Again, this isn't the hotel's fault!

Check in was a breeze Room was very clean- housekeeping on our floor did an amazing job. They cleaned with bleach(if you can't smell bleach it isn't clean. IMO) Beds were comfortable.

The doors are extremely loud when they close. They slam shut. Other people staying there were EXTREMELY loud in the hall at all hrs of night.
