Good location. Right off the beach. Within walking distance of a casino and waffle house. Literally 5 min walk or less.

The condition of the rooms were a bit lacking. Holes in the walls in some places. But for the price I paid I got exactly what i expected. Also I just needed a place to sleep... not to care about how it looked.

Great cost to comfort ratio! Exceptional for the price...clean room, hot water, fridge and microwave.

Had to unplug the microwave to plug in the refrigerator. Some of the electrical outlets didn’t work.

I was a little nervous about the star rating but (for a lone traveler), it was a great value and stay. Staff was professional and even fixed an issue I didn't think to report. The room was non-smoking and had no bad smell. It was also close to the action along Beach Blvd.

I loved the location and the efficiency of the staff. The parking was also adequate. I will definitely use facilities again.

The only thing that was disappointing was that the ice machine wasn't working. It was 100 degree weather it would have helped but the air conditioning was great.

Manager was awesome, he gave us water and we paid for it later. My husband had a casual conversation with him, very delightful Man.

It was clean, good location, quite at night. Good value, bed was comfortable. Nothing fancy but good for the price. I would stay there again.

It was a little dark, could have used more lighting. The room was 84 degrees when we checked in, would have been nice if AC had been turned on prior to check in time. No hair dryer, small vanity, but functional. Was not aware they offered any type of breakfast.

Last minute booking. The guy at the desk was very friendly. When we got to our room 2 light bulbs were out he quickly got that fixed. We couldn't get the air/heat to cut on. And once again quickly fixed. The shower rod fell, microwave and TV didn't work. Quickly fixed without a attitude or wait. The maintenance staff was awesome. There is a tattoo shop, liquor store, and a souvenir store in the same parking lot. Near the casino, gas station and food right across from the beach. Great location.

They didn't tell us during the reservation that we had to put a 50 dollar cash deposit down upon arrival. I don't carry cash however my friend had the cash so we didn't have to leave to get any.

The staff was excellent, and the surroundings was very quiet and peaceful

I enjoyed and liked everything about it. Everything was great.
