Conveniently located to the Coliseum where we were in town for for a concert, plus across the street from the bay. And within walking distance of food and other stores. The mini fridge was convenient and the large counter for the bathroom sink (considering it was being used as a dressing room mirror for 4 women) and the woman who checked us in was very sweet! And so was the gentleman who checked us out. First impressions are everything!

Definitely needs some upgrading. There were cigarette burns in the blankets and sheets, and we were in a non smoking room but it reeked of stale cigarettes (we weren’t in the room for very long but to get dressed for the concert and sleep after, so it wasn’t a huge deal) but definitely needed something. I wouldn’t stay again if I were there longer, but if I were to come back in town again for a quick over night trip, I would.

The location is prime for business, leisure, and recreation. The check-process was efficient. The room we had was above par compared to some other nearby properties visited so far. The sleeping design vs where the bathroom design is situated is more convenient than some other properties.

The television is sub par compared to other properties visited so far and could be upgraded for those periods where you are stuck inside due to inclement weather (Sudden Gulf Coast Rain & Thunder Storms) and or periods of recuperating.

Good location. Right off the beach. Within walking distance of a casino and waffle house. Literally 5 min walk or less.

The condition of the rooms were a bit lacking. Holes in the walls in some places. But for the price I paid I got exactly what i expected. Also I just needed a place to sleep... not to care about how it looked.

It was a ground floor room , reasonably priced for a four day stay. It was a walk across the highway from the beach so I could play with my God child. Excellent!

Had to unplug the microwave to plug in the refrigerator. Some of the electrical outlets didn’t work.

Great cost to comfort ratio! Exceptional for the price...clean room, hot water, fridge and microwave.

Manager was awesome, he gave us water and we paid for it later. My husband had a casual conversation with him, very delightful Man.

I was a little nervous about the star rating but (for a lone traveler), it was a great value and stay. Staff was professional and even fixed an issue I didn't think to report. The room was non-smoking and had no bad smell. It was also close to the action along Beach Blvd.

Upstairs ppl were extremely loud all night long. Woke us up st 1:30 on the morning making all kinds of loud noises.
