The location is great, just a short walk to the beach. The employee working the desk at check in was fantastic and easy to work with even with our last minute booking.

The jacuzzi tub in our suite didn't work, and the pillows were definitely lacking. The pool was nice but children needed more supervision there were large floats that took up the small space with little regard to those not using them and another small group entered the pool with leaves all over their feet making a less than desirable atmosphere-but thats not the hotels fault.

Rooms pretty much as expected. Great staff last night(18/10/10),very helpful with minor niggles and all pleasantly resolved. Good recommendations for venturing out to explore and for dinner. Facilities as you would expect. Easy to access and treat of having comfortable areas outdoors for sitting with a coffee. So far did it exceed expectations there is no measurement option on this site to reflect it.

If anything would only say that I hope the refurbishment underway continues...our bathroom tho perfectly adequate is probably nearing it sell by date...but that is my being extremely picky

The location was good. The room was great. We loved the room, the jacuzzi and the private balcony. Everyone there was friendly

The only thing we didn't like was our last night there the fire alarm kept making a loud beeping noise all through the night. It was hard to sleep. Maybe the batteries were getting low. It didn't make a sound the first night but the ast night it was all through the night. Other than that it was a great stay. It's our second time staying there and we will be back.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and the location was great. I loved the distance from the Casino which is right across from the hotel and the beach is located across the street. Very good locations that is within walking distance and restaurants are close by too.

The latch was broke on the door but the bottom lock worked on the bottom lock. I informed the management when i checked out overall my stay was very pleasant and i definitely will be coming to stay again.

It's a gorgeous room, cozy and comfortable. We were allowed an early check-in which was extremely kind

There were leftovers from a previous guest in the fridge, but we were allowed to check in almost 7 hours early so im not unhappy. Anything else is just the quirks of an older building. The thermostat gave us some trouble. it was pretty hot in the room, even at night, and we visited in February.

The space was good and comfortable.Bed was comfortable. I really enjoyed furnishings balcony and pictures. Has a homey feel to it. Great jacuzzi tub. Pool area and garden area is good.Great view of Ocean from 2nd floor. Stairs to 2nd fl.Waffle house next door. Adequate parking.

Bathroom ceiling need some repair.and repainting..tissue dispenser needs to painted. #522. Curtains appeared to a bit dusty at the top. Prior guest spilled a soft drink on balcony furniture and balcony railing needs be rinsed off. Pool was cold so may not have been heated.

Storage in room, comfortable beds, brought my own pillows, the ones in room were small, mine are king!!!! Can see beach from the hotel. Very clean, no odd smells, very nice staff. Buffet next to hotel in the casino has cheaper breakfast than the waffle house in front of hotel. They even have lobster on the lunch and dinner buffet, Tues. Thursday and Friday!!!! Awesome location.

Quaint, well maintained, comfortable beds. Well stocked to meet basic needs. Good fridge & microwave. I was having knee issues, and they switched us to the ground floor and gave us an extra hour to load the car and check out. Would definitely stay there again. Price was great. Waffle House in the parking lot. Treasure Bay Casino was right next to Edgewater Inn.

The TV was very small and the sound was not good. But...that's not a deal breaker by any means.

The new owners are so sweet. The staff is very nice. The room was very nice just wished house keeping would ask saily if u need towels. The was was great my granddaughter stayed in everyday. She loved talking to all the management. My daughter was so comfortable there she didn't want to go to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to our next visit!

We stayed a week so we really didnt need our room cleaned i kept up with that. All we really needed was towels but we still were able to go to the office and get what we needed.
