The front desk staff was fantastic Mike did an awesome job. The laundry staff was great we were there a week we didn't really ask for service but when we did ask for towels or things they were more than willing to give them to us. The place was always clean was always bright everybody was smiling. They even allowed us to have our grill outside so we could grill since we have an extended stay. Very very helpful in finding locations or different things to do very knowledgeable of the area I had a really great week.

The only thing I didn't like were the toilets were very very short they were shorter than the bathtub if you have any injuries getting on and off of them would definitely be some issues or if you were tall. The second thing I would like to have more options for breakfast that are not dairy oriented I'm lactose intolerant so the only thing that I could eat for breakfast was the waffle and fruit so having a milk alternative would be a fantastic option. Everything else was fantastic

The location was AMAZING. It is right across the street from the beach, Shaggy's, The Reef and a Waffle House - right within walking distance. The front desk staff was so helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. The hotel had a clean scent when we walked in. The area was safe.

A few more choices for breakfast would have been great. It was bread (cinnamon raisin bread, bagels, white bread), cereal, waffles, and apples. However, there is a Waffle House right across the street if you want more or something different.

Great location. It is across the street from the beach, Lucy's, Shaggys and KingJacks. Staff was friendly. Hotel is older but is kept up nicely. Next to the finish line amusement. Has a nice small pool, but we did not use.

On the negative, the housekeeping staff would be around to clean around 8-9am. We were still in our room getting ready for the day and asked for her to come back in 20 min, or we would tell her when we left the room. We never got our room cleaned the 4 days we were there. I had to have hotel staff get our trash one time, and I took our trash out on another day. Also, there was no microwave in the room. Had to go to the lobby to use theirs.

Clean and good staff. It is right across the street from the water and beach area. Two good seafood restaurants right across the street. The Reef has 3rd floor covered open area directly overlooking beach. The best part is we could walk from hotel to eat or beach .

It is an older property but clean rooms. Comfortable and great staff. The property could update the furniture sitting area across from check in. The front glass door was not working but only on one side. Simple fix. One side worked.

This is not a 5 star hotel, however the behavior of staff can make or break a stay and I just love the staff here! Accommodating and kind! Breakfast is good, beds SUPER comfy and hotel & pool location are SUPERB!

Room 162. Only one lamp would work and two available wall outlets would work. Had to unplug the microwave to plug in my iron.

THE LOCATION WAS GREAT, THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE AND COURTESY. I ASKED FOR A ROOM NEAR THE ELEVATOR AND THEY GAVE ME ONE RIGHT ACROSS FROM THE ELEVATOR... THANKS FOR ACCOMMODATING MY NEEDS.

THE ROOMS WAS OKAY ( SOMEONE LEFT FOOD IN THE REFRIGERATOR AND NO ONE CLEANED IT OUT) AND THE ROOM WAS A LITTLE DUSTY BUT OVERALL IT WAS NICE. I DIDN'T COMPLAIN ABOUT IT BECAUSE SOMETIMES STAFF GET SO BUSY AT TIMES.

The staff was excellent, very accommodating. It was the best Days Inn we stayed at on our trip because of the staff. The building was the oldest and well kept up. When we asked for more yogurt because it was all gone they brought out. In Natchez there were no eggs or sausage, they brought out more grits which were not gone.

From the outside it seemed like this was going to be a roach motel. But was I surprised with the cleanliness of my room. I suffer from severe allergies, and it NO triggers what so ever. The staff works hard to keep everything clean. I appreciated that!

The outside needs a makeover. The pool needs to go in the back and, the hallway walls could look less like a psych ward and more like an inviting hotel.

Great location, right across the highway from the beach. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent, but not expected, so a bonus. The guy that checked us in was friendly and offered information on the location. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. It was a great value and definitely a great place to spend a few days enjoying the sights around Biloxi. Would definitely recommend.

The STAFF is EXCEPTIONALLY WONDERFUL PEOPLE..I enjoyed being there a lot.. Peaceful, VERY CLEAN..They are KIND people and will do as necessary to make your stay pleasant... Daphne and Mike as well as everyone else are very kind and friendly... I really like this place...A Lot...
