I had an amazing view the bar food area was great especially the young lady that assisted me with my lemon drop and my seafood platter she was amazing the room i can't say enough about it other than I would definitely return back to it. Staff was very attentive in all areas on thing I thank should happen is that breakfast buffet should not be a charge but the menu should other than that I had an amazing time.

The fact there was a charge for the buffet, as I stated earlier I dont think buffet should be 15:00 pp I think you you should only charge for what's on the menu.

Everything was good until I received a call during an outing asking had I checked out because one of my rooms wasnt booked but for one night. After I explained it had to be a mix up because I paid and have a receipt. The guy said I would have to contact booking.com myself. I’m like ummm no you’ll have to do that I have a receipt from Doubletree. They messed up upon checking not my not booking.com. Ruined my entire day

Property was good and clean. Overall, very nice. The bar tender was awesome and that area was very clean.

The bath tub had hair from a previous guest on the wall and in/around the tub. We did not report this because we were just showering and rinsed it down the drain. The commode kept clogging even with just urine. We called the maintenance for a plunger. They brought it and we just used it when needed. Other than that everything was great.

The location of the hotel was ideal for me 10 minutes from the Greyhound station. The hotel is on the waterfront and Biloxi beach is a couple of hundred metres away across the street. The room allocated was spacious, comfortable and had a lovely gulf view. The hotel has a lovely swimming pool which I used on a daily basis. All of the staff I encountered were very friendly, courteous and helpful. I would like to mention in particular the reception and breakfast staff who were 1st class. I had breakfast $15 each morning in the hotel and that was good value. Very many thanks for a pleasant and relaxing visit.

Staff was very friendly. Lauren May was exceptionally helpful! She remembered my name and room number without being in front of a computer. My fiance LOVED the breakfast buffet (I don't eat breakfast). I requested to be on the beach view side which they honored. Liked being close to the boardwalk

The windows were dirty but that is expected being close to traffic and salty air

One of my rooms did not have a microwave or refrigerator, which is something that I requested for both rooms. No complementary breakfast was offered. And I really think that was horrible.

There was no complementary breakfast or anything I had to pay for everything else.

Well, there was a hotel guest getting coffee and letting his BIG BLACK DOG jump on me .. He ignored the hotel staff as if his dog was not doing anything .. I’m not an animal person so I was scared

short walk to restaurants. The hotel bar is nice. bed is comfortable. No problems with finding a parking spot due to a good size parking lot. easy check in and check out.

Even though I knew this hotel had the highway close to it, I found it a bit noisy. The sound absorption or noise dampening could’ve been better in the rooms on the highway side. Room cleaning came a day later than I thought.

My wife and I search for hotels that DO NOT allow pets. This facility has a posted sign of “Service” dogs only! There were several animals that did not appear to meet the criteria. The facility needs to enforce the policy by requiring “EVIDENCE” of the service animals legitimacy!
