Almost everything was really nice. The room, the facility, right down to the hot water and even the soap smelled good. The location couldn't have been more convenient. Breakfast was good and the lady who worked it was pleasant and helpful. Most everyone was pleasant.

The afternoon girl who checked us in had a terrible attitude and made us feel like we picked out the wrong place. I asked a question and she said "just sign the contract and then I will answer you." (But in a much more rude way) Then she still refused to answer us.Hope you lose her and her manners. Also, no laundry facilities.

Great location, close to the beach, arcades, casinoa, and nice restaurants. Staff was friendly. The balcony was great (quiet, no mosquitoes). The pool was clean and fun.

Need to have a actual blanket on the beds. My tv wouldn't come on Saturday or Sunday morning. Called the front desk and the lady said everyone's tv is not working right now, AT&T is on their way. I waited...and still no tv with two children in the room smh. I told the lady at the front desk Sunday morning and she said "ohh wow" that could have been fixed immediately for you. Plus, my family whose room was next to mines, tv was working fine. The toilet seat was also sliding a lil when you sat down on it.

We went to the baseball game and the location to the ballpark was great.

Called the week before and requested early check in and was told we had it. Once we arrived, we were told check in was at 3 and to come back. Since we were from out of town, we had to start looking for something to do. We also requested adjoining rooms and were told they did not have that. Yet the room we were given had connecting doors between our room and the room next door.

Room was on first floor with a patio to allow my husband easy access outside for smoke breaks. Parking was easy and we were able to park right in front of our room, which made unloading/loading a breeze. Location was great - able to walk to 2 local casinos and several local restaraunts.

Breakfast was not very good. Small room and difficult to navigate around. Very limited options. We tried the breakfast our first morning, but went elsewhere the second morning.

the stay was great the cleaning ladies were very professional when asked for some replacment showers they were on it. The breakfast ladies were very attentive and very friendly and the biscuit and gravy were awesome it was my go to meal for the day even though the entire menu was perfect... we really enjoyed our 3 night stay...

Comfortable beds. I liked the coffee counter.

Toilet was very loud upon flushing and needed to be flushed several times before removing contents. No shampoo in room. We had 2 conditioners instead. Could use a safety bar outside of tub. Didnt like having to check in at another building. Woman at front desk didn't greet me when I came in, she was texting on her phone

2nd time coming here.... they were as great if not greater than b4... location is amazing... right next to EVERYTHING.... Staff was amazing as usual.. room was tidy... sheets were changed daily... room service was so nice I felt compelled to tip them... what I could after I lost at the casinos lol... we are definitely going to this same spot when we come to bilo

That we had to leave lol... I wish we could stay there forever... it's truly that great.. keep up the good work

front desk personel was very helpful and amazing attitude. The rooms were in great shape and very clean. The location was perfect for the trip that we took. The housekeeping was very attentive and met our needs every day.

There wasnt anything that we didnt like or was not satisfied with. The free continental breakfast was up to par as far as the offerings and the freshness of the foods. I like the fact that there was healthier options avaliable like fruits and yogarts.

Breakfast was great every morning, and the location was perfect.

We had no internet in the room and the front desk was very unhelpful. We were given a phone number to call that could not resolve the problem. We went back to the desk again, and they couldn’t have cared less. We had the room cleaned and they didn’t give us towels, twice! My deceased husband owned and operated a Best Western hotel in Florida for 20 years, and he would have been very shocked at the total lack of interest in the hotel staff!

I like the location. Staff was excellent. All appliances and miscellaneous items were in good working order.

I didn't like the free breakfast. All meat selections were pork for my entire stay. Supplemental items such as yogurt and boiled eggs were not available and cereal selections were not the popular varieties AC/heater was too noisy.
