The beds were comfortable and the room.was very nice.

We didn't get the room booked and paid for. I booked a King room. And paid for a King room. I had sent them a message told them we would be a late arrival. They gave my room to another guest...probsbly a high roller. I was told that the room wasn't guaranteed. Then they said that the double queen with a gulf view was a double upgrade. I couldn't even see the Gulf unless you stood to the far end of the window. I saw a parking lot. 24 hours after I check out, they respond to the message I had sent to them...This request may not be guaranteed. I told the front desk thst first impressions mean alot and that due to the circumstances we may not return and wasn't impressed due to the way they handled the situation.

Close to the beach. Good restaurants.

We were there six nights. We had no cleaning service. The trash cans were overflowing, we had to call and ask for more towels, wash cloths, toilet paper and coffee. They brought us one roll of toilet paper😳, two towels and two wash cloths.

All staff were friendly, except lots were not or did not know lots of things. Great location

They sold our reservation when we 1st got there. Mardi Gras is holiday time for them and they sold our room. Put us in a smoking room they had that reeked of cigarettes and was completely dirty. There were never any towels. We asked 5x for towels before they brought them. Actually no guests had towels. There weren't pool towels available for poolside when it states you have to use one. We ask for towels and get interrogated about how many people we had. It was a total of 4 of us. Probably won't stay here again.Hotel has super high dollar restaurant so getting food was hard. No clear instructions on how to get parked for hotel and inside. That took us 45 min to figure out on our own. Called the desk and they couldn't help us.

Fun environment, friendly staff.

The coffee machine had sludge where you put the water for the coffee. It was moldy with sludge, I called the front desk and they said they would just replace it. Seems a little steep to be charging over $300 a room when you can’t even insure the coffee makers are sanitary. The rooms are not worth the price. There was no fridge in the room to keep some of my drinks and food cold due to my own dietary restrictions. It’s a fun place but way over priced for the level of upkeep.

The room was nice. The restaurants were very good. The casino needs an upgrade. For the cost of the rooms we were satisfied overall. We didn't expect Vegas so we were happy with our stay. Especially since there weren't children running around every where like we see in Vegas this time of year.

The lighting in the room bathroom was horrible. We could hardly see to shave and fix our hair. The poor lighting in the hotel room bathroom was our only knock on the room. The casino and the halls in the hotel were very cold. I wore a light jacket to the casino (in June!).

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. Shower head was a little odd -- was a big shower head and you had to turn it towards the wall when you turned the water on to adjust the temperature. Towels were fluffy. Cleaning lady was so sweet and accomadating (we didn't have daily cleaning but she checked to make sure if we needed anything -- towels, coffee pods, etc.). Dog Friendly room so floor was tile. It was a very nice stay. Place to take dog outside was nice.

Steak and Shake Restaurant wasn't that good.

•The staff was very nice and courteous. •Everything was very clean and neat. •The location with all the facilities and accommodations was great. Enjoyed the food court in the casino and other restaurants around. • The overall view from the hotel and walkway was nice.

•Had to rent a microwave that was charged to the room daily for use, which I have never experienced before. $20 iirc? •The tub would not drain the water quickly, so a shower was also a bath and soak

Great to have free parking on-site. Room was generaly good, large & tidy. Pool very refreshing after a long car ride, although pool side service could be a little more conscientious & visible! Great selection of F&B outlets through the day & night.

Messed up name on booking in so Wi-Fi didn't work until we asked why it wasn't working. Also, safe was missing one battery; so used one we had & notified front desk. Hopefully fixed for next customer.

Good value for the room. I had a nice view of the beach from my room. Staff were very courteous and helpful.

I smelled a good amount of marijuana in the hallways when walking to my room but I don’t blame that on the hotel. I do prefer smoke free properties however.

The staff at Harrah's Casino & Resort were amazing. Polite & accommodating no matter what your needs were.

* A flyer / booklet in the room explaining information on the restaurants would be helpful. Didn't know there was a "coffee shop" for dining until the morning we left. (Mix & Mingle) From the outside it looked like it was only a bar. * Need handrails in the rooms that has bathtubs for safety. Nothing to hold onto when stepping over the side of the tub.
