Wonderful staff. Everything seemed to have gone decent. Nobody was rude to me and everything went good. Came down for my mother's 61st birthday , it was my first time gambling here as i was under 21 the last time i was here , im 28 currently. She hadn't been here in about 10 years , so im glad i was able to take her back and let her have fun for her birthday. We will be back in 2026.

The food. Specifically the buffet on the 2nd floor in the mornings. It tasted terrible. Thats literally my only complain. I never tried the $50 buffet with crab legs but as far as the breakfast buffet it was gross. Not worth the $15.

The room is spacious & the bathroom a great size. We stay in hotels frequently so I feel safe in saying this is one of the cleanest. There was a lady on the housekeeping staff who repeatedly went above & beyond what we asked of her. I wish I could remember her name! My husband has limited mobility & his balance isn't the best. The shower floor was slick so we asked for extra hand towels for him to stand on. She made sure we had PLENTY of bath mats to make the shower safer for him! The best part is that she did it with the sweetest, kindest attitude. We saw her in WalMart & she recognized us! THAT is caring about your customers!!!

1. Shower floor tiles are SLICK! Be cautious! 2. Would have loved a microwave in the room. These are both MINOR negatives & won't keep us from staying at Treasure Bay again.

The hotel was amazing and far exceeded my expectations.

The only negative was ordering drinks during play. My husband and I like to jump around to different games. We stopped by the bar before play, then once more after about 1 1/2 hours. The bartender questioned us if we were actually playing games. I was holding my player card and cash clearly in sight. I even asked if there was a problem or if I just needed to order from the game station? He stated we'd be thrown out if we weren't playing... which we were. I felt like I was doing something wrong. That left a bad taste in my mouth and actually made me not want to play anymore. I should have gotten a name, but it was embarrassing and I'm pretty sure I didn't do anything wrong.

Saw some negative reviews on Trip Advisor so lowered my expectations. Didn't need to. Was able to check in well ahead of normal check in time. Room was clean, nicely decorated and modern. Had a room with balcony overlooking the Gulf. Great selection of teas and coffees. Bed was comfy. Two pools, which I had to myself one day. Plenty of places to eat at the hotel and in the vicinity of the hotel. Staff were great.

No complaints whatsoever.

I loved the room,and the stay,except we had some women knocking on the door at 1 am and they woke us up,and scarred us half to death. The view was AWESOME!

The fact that we were a guest there and was denied to eat at the buffett. They stopped taking names at 7pm. We didn't know that. The whole plan was to stay at this Casino and not leave and eat at the buffett,but we had to drive to Gulfport to Island View to eat. That is where I will stay at from now on,they were still open,and taking people at 8pm.

Ruth at check-in was friendly and helpful. She made me feel welcome. The room was comfortable and had a balcony facing the Gulf. The television was awesome. Not what I typically see in a hotel room. There was also a TV in the bathroom.

The only thing that I didn't enjoy was the breakfast. The food was ok and there were enough options. I was seated next to the windows, which should have been a nice view of the infinity pool. But they had all the outside chairs stacked in front of the windows. The staff at breakfast weren't friendly. The only one who smiled was the nice woman who brought my beverage. But never came back. No refill.

We had a king room with gulf view and it looked newly renovated/painted, etc. Ver y light and spacious. We requested a walk in shower and only thing we didn't like was the shower head. I wish they had hand held ones. We reused our towels which was fine with us, but it would have been nice to have extras. But we did not ASK for them so I cannot complain - no cleaning services in our room during stay though. Halls and carpet in the tower section need updating or use lighter colors - it was dark versus the really bright nice rooms. Crab buffet was really why we came and you had to season your own crab legs with provided dry seasonings for the drawn butter. Thus, with no seasoning on the legs or it atleast tasted that way, we were a bit disappointed in that. Rest of buffet was good. Be sure to visit The Den up on the top floor and plan to eat there. The view of the gulf and service and food was excellent and moderately priced. WE only played penny machines briefly and my husband won about $100 which got our money spent "back" and a little bit more. But we didn;t see much winning while we were there.

Didn't get to see much of the place. The room was clean and sanitized, very roomy with nice decor. The view with the balcony was spectacular overlooking the gulf. The Cove is a good place for fast food. The Casino was fun. TV in the bathroom was a bonus

The $6.00 tag on a bottle of smart water in the room. The first bottles should be included in the room.

The room was awesome,beautiful,clean, and well stocked with towels,coffee,etc. was very quiet,except for thos silly seagulls,loved them. bed was very comfortable and plenty of cover and pillows.

The only thing we would have like in the room,was a couple of comfortable chairs with a small table between them.

Easy to book online. Simple check in. Room was ready on time. Easy to park and enter with luggage. Each staff member I encountered was friendly, personable and helpful ! Clean room with great view, Housekeeping was excellent ! Felt safe and secure at all times. Hope to return soon !!
