Our stay was very nice and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious. Coffee was available throughout the day.This was a +, and the peanut butter cookies upon arrival were great as well. The hotel is surrounded by major shopping stores and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel & room were very clean and new. We had a king room which i was extremely impressed by the size of the room. The reception staff were very nice, welcoming and extremely helpful we really enjoyed staying here. The breakfast was great as well. The hotel provided earplugs which i didn’t understand until during the night when I could hear the person in the next room snoring!! At first i thought it was my husband but this time - no - the noise was coming from the next hotel room. The new build walls must be thin - the free earplugs were greatfully accepted and used. Our overall stay was great and i would recommend staying here i would say 10/10 because how clean everywhere was.

The signage for the hotel, to turn into the shopping centre car park was woefully inadequate. We were sent on a detour around in circles until we found our way to the right car park. The hotel can be seen from the highway, larger signage would be helpful to travellers.

Everything was excellent. From the rooms , (shampoo , conditioner , lotion , body wash , feminine products , ironing board , towels, pool accommodations for disabled patrons and the nice staff Mrs. Rebecca of course and the breakfast was outstanding ! They even had different flavored waffle syrup . Yummy !

The Booking time frame was off and we had to wait for a room to become available upon arriving . The manager on duty Mrs.Rebecca accommodated us as she said .

Mrs. Rebecca and her entire team was very friendly and accomodating. Everyone went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The breakfast exceeded my expectations. The ladies who served breakfast were great! It was nice to have an experience where everyone cared and were so respectful!

My neighbors slammed their door late at night repeatedly on my first night's stay.

This facility is always so clean and the staff is so nice. The location is great because it's within walking distance of the mall and a short drive to Walmart. Since it's by the mall it gets quiet outside after all the stores close. I will continue to stay at this hotel when I come to the coast.

The only complaint I can dig up is the AC units have been kind of noisy both times I've stayed here recently but that will not keep me from staying there again.

Very comfortable bed, room was clean on initial entry, staff friendly and very helpful, tv service was excellent with many channels provided, ample parking was available, very good breakfast provided

My wife and I did not like the sliding door used for both the bathroom and closet. The bathroom should have a door that can be fully closed and locked while in use by hotel guests. The sliding door design denies privacy to the bathroom occupant. No one wants to feel open to public viewing while sitting on the toilet or taking a bath or shower. The sliding door doesn't fully close shut and leaves two wide open gaps to the area outside of the bathroom. The shared sliding door design for the bathroom and closet area is awful . The bathroom needs a door! The closet area will be just fine without one.

The property was very easy to find with plenty of eating and shopping nearby but still quiet. The room was spacious and very clean.

The air conditioner was broken in all of the common spaces. The hallways and breakfast area and check-in desk were super muggy and hot but someone was supposed to be going the day we checked out.

This was the only area that could use some work. The instant scrambled eggs were pretty good, pork sausage much better than "turkey sausage", the bacon was RAW, needs to be crisp, at least a microwave available to finish cooking, the omlets gotta go, yucky cheese and green pepper........ugggh. My wife loved the waffles.

Great location within walking distance to stores, restaurants, etc. It is close to the highway if you want to make a run to the coastline. The facility was very clean and smelled nice. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The only gripe is the people above us stomped around and slammed doors all day and night but that's nothing the hotel itself can help. That is just people being disrespectful. Otherwise, I have no negatives to say!

Breakfast was very good, large selection to choose from. Hotel is in a great location, walking distance to shopping center and restaurants. Easy on and off of the Interstate. Easy checkin and friendly staff. Fantastic bed, in a large room.

Found nothing to complain about.
