The staff were incredibly friendly & accommodating! 24/7 coffee in breakfast area. Mattress & pillows very comfy! Hotel is very clean. Ms Q checked us in (3-11) and oh my.... how incredibly sweet she is!!! She's always smiling, checking on us and ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP! Thank you Q! 🥰❤️ Ms Cheryl in the breakfast room is also very nice & made sure the food was well stocked! I had the opportunity to talk to Ms Dorothy & Ms Trina as well. Super nice ladies to chat with! Thanks LaQuinta for an AWESOME STAFF!!🥰🥰🥰🥰

The hotel is older & needs some repairs. The air conditioner leaked in our first room after hours, so we were moved to a different room with an upgrade, but that air leaked as well the next morning. Maintenence came in and took care of it (didn't get his name, but super nice man!) The pool is operational but does need some TLC. I was informed that these are new owners and they're trying to upgrade the hotel. Guests brought dogs into the breakfast area 😲 That's pretty gross!!

Staff was excellent, from the young lady that welcomed us (Rebecca?) to the nice lady the helped us get some coffee as we were leaving.

The bathroom sink drained slowly, the message light would not go out on the phone, the air conditioning leaked water, and the handle was not attached to the bathroom door. I should mention the air conditioner and the door handle were fixed as soon as they were reported and I really did not care about the other items.

The staff was so nice!!! From the receptionists to my favorite breakfast cook/ housekeeper(Mrs. Cheryl). The room was spacious and clean.

The only 3 things about the room, the dresser drawers, were outdated, so they were trying to tear up on us, so we stopped using them. The back top of the toilet bowl kept sliding back off the tank, and the toilet paper holder in the bathroom was shaky and fell apart the first time using it. Overall, the room was great!

The location is prefect. The room is amazing and the bed is so comfortable and clean. The breakfast was my family favorite part of the whole vacation. Housekeeping was so nice and made sure we had plenty of towels and tissue. The front desk clerk for the night of our arrival was so helpful and nice. She told us everything we needed to know. Definitely rate this location a 10. Me and my family will definitely stay at this location again.

Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Quiet area. Close to eats and gasoline. Easy on and off I-10. A special shout out to Cheryl, housekeeping staff. She was the most friendly and accommodating person. Loved her. She kept the breakfast area clean, and hot food hot, cold food cold. Plenty for all. She also took care of our room. A very special person for sure. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

The room was clean, but needs some TLC (paint touch up, caulking around tub). But was not a problem overall. Still clean and comfortable.

Location was great

First when we checked in we had to change room because of key problems. Second the sink in the bathroom kept leaking so we put towels under there and also contact the night person that was on shift. And third but not least we had to keep getting the keys to the room scanner checked or whatever because we kept having problems getting in the room every time we left.

Perfect for the start of a day to explore all the sights in the area . Cheryl Walczykowski is in charge of breakfast and my husband calls her “Queen of scrambled eggs “. We have never eaten better scrambled eggs before. She is absolutely lovely. Jocelyn and Tammy at the reception are so welcoming and nice- Thank you all for a wonderful stay ❤️🤗❤️

Everything was perfect . James McLintock is out early morning already taking care of the pool and the water is sparkling clean. He really puts his heart in his job. Thanks James 👍❤️ Please forgive me if I forgot somebody. We love you guys ❤️🥰 I had to write in this column , there was no place elsewhere.

We loves the workers!!!!! Especially Mrs. Shirley or Cheryl! She was they lady over the continental breakfast AND she was also our house keeper! She was absolutely amazing!!!! The other ladies were fantastic and helpful as well!

I loved everything!!!!! If I was a pickey person I would say a switch up in breakfast sometime but the options you guys gave were enough! When we 1st got to the room it did have a weird smell, but that went away after a day or so. Also I travel with a card so it was so problem, but for people that would like to pay in cash it would be difficult to stay there because they do not accept cash at the hotel so that may need to be added to the information before someone pre-book and plans to pay with cash once they get there.

Great location; very clean and pleasant room;friendly staff(especially the breakfast lady from Philly, very personable and friendly);and also the lady I talked to Wednesday night and Thursday. Think she had only worked a few months or so at the hotel but did a Great job. Hotel could use more like those two.

Needs more staff. I didn't have a problem but some guests were trying to check out (or in) and no one was at the desk even after ringing the bell for service. Several times the breakfast lady had to help them. ( A assumed she had been cross-trained on the computer in case she was needed.

I was surprised at the cleanliness of the room. Loved having fridge and microwave. Bathroom squeaky clean and well stocked, front desk super friendly. Second time here and both times were great..

breakfast eggs and sausage both tasted fake, both awful, but rest of options were great, so we were fed well anyway! Coffee cups did not have lids (they were the cups used in the rooms)
