The room was cool when entering from the hot Louisiana/Mississippi summer heat. Instructions were precise and very clear to understand. Loved the memorabilia on the walls and in the house. Everything was clean, smelled good, and the decor is appropriate for the house.

I have no negatives that speak of at this time

It was a very charming property. The rooms were nicely decorated. We especially enjoyed the communal areas (e.g. kitchen, dining room, parlor), where we had a wonderful time chatting with other friendly guests. We also ended up catching the tail end of a nice folk concert (Mac McAnally) at the Grand Magnolia Ballroom on the same property (not too noisy at all if you're not attending), which they just let us wander into since it was in the last 30 minutes or so.

We traveled with our 13 and 10 year old boys, and preferred to stay together in a single room. We got a nice room, but the extra bed provided was a leaky queen air mattress that ended up flat each morning (a minor and easy problem to solve for the next guest). The sole bathroom could benefit from having better ventilation, as it became humid and dank after all four of us showered.

It was peaceful and everyone was very nice. We hung out with a dear old friend during our stay and we truly enjoyed the place. Was also a perfect distance for us three to go hang out and sing karaoke at our favorite bar that night. Good restaurants like Bozos Too was close.

Got in really late Saturday night and the darkening room curtain in Key West was broken so the light came in brightening up that room earlier than we would have wanted. But no worries… it would not affect us choosing this place again.

It was located in a good place, very beautiful historical house. A great getaway spot. Very private.

Not anything I didn’t like about the property but one floor plank in the Charleston Square should be secured in place. It’s going into the bathroom.

Everything. The room was nice and clean. It was in walking distance to the book signing I went to. Checking in and out was easy. The staff was super nice and welcoming!

Beautiful, well kept antebellum , full of nice antiques. The housekeeper, Miss Evelyn, took very good care of us!

It was beautiful. Serene. And just comfortable. Evelyn greeted us in the mornings. She was a delight. Conversations with her were enjoyable.

Location was great since I was attending a function beside the B&B. Lovely home and conveniently located to the downtown community.
