There were so many events scheduled for the same time that I had to park what felt like a million miles away from the venue. Dragging my heavy luggage along the crowded streets was incredibly frustrating, especially with the sweltering heat draining my energy. To make matters worse, I had to navigate through throngs of people in a hurry, making it even more difficult to reach my destination. It was such an awful experience, and I couldn't help but feel overwhelmed by the chaos all around me.

Walking in there was a welcoming feeling. The decor was lovely. Hikem and Maddie were very pleasant! On returning the night clerk was super helpful. They were so inviting, so pleasant I hate I can't remember their name but they looked like sweet little angel!! Seriously!! October 4 night clerk truly a great employee 👏🏽. Saturday morning breakfast was delicious 😋. The young lady who waited on us was very patient and kind. I believe her name was Stephenie. If lm back in the area your hotel will be my place!!

Could not stay longer!!

The staff was wonderful. The chef chatted with me about cooking and the food was excellent. Dinner was so good as well as breakfast. Traveling alone can be uncomfortable but the staff here made me feel safe and secure.

I had an in room call at 4:00 am, just one ring for no reason. Also would love a makeup mirror!

The breakfasts were budget priced and well prepared. The dinner was overpriced and less than I had anticipated.

The bathroom had an extremely low commode and was dated and did not fit with the present remodel. No one uses commodes that low anymore. I requested handicap accessible but this was not. We are over seventy years old and we were placed on the fifth floor.

Even though we had to pay for meals, the food was excellent and there was a good variety. The buffet was not offered on weekends but the staff said it was good. Christine and Nadya were VERY friendly and attentive! The location was very quiet and pretty. I felt safe.

It was Easter weekend and everything was so beautiful. The atmosphere checking out was wonderful. The staff was so friendly and the Easter bunny was taking pictures with the children. It was a joyful experience. The pool was relaxing and nice. We liked how towels were provided at the pool.

I did not get a chance to eat breakfast. I came for just an overnight stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The heater in the room would not work on automatic. When you got too hot or too cold you had to get up and adjust it manually.

I was able to look out my window and see my car

After 10pm I had to walk all the way around the front to get in and I wish that back door would work as long as we had our key card but we still had to come to the front after 10pm.

Front desk people were great. Very helpful with recommendations about the town. Room was comfortable and well appointed. I do not like that I am being forced to write more than I have to say!!!!

I had no problems with the hotel. But I must say that Pasacagoula deserves its nick name as the city of the Seven Smells. The air smelled of something like cat urine everywhere.

Breakfast was wonderful, Kevin cooked our eggs to perfection. You could tell he really cared about pleasing his customers. Our Waitress was very nice also. She went out of her way to make sure we were happy. Gwen at the front desk was so friendly from the time we got there to the time we left. She always asked how my sister and I were doing each time we saw her. She was exceptional and we will always remember how sweet she was to us. Beth in housekeeping was great too. Very friendly and went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. We can't say enough about our stay at this hotel. I have traveled a lot but this Hilton will be on top of my list as far as friendly staff, great breakfast and a comfortable place to stay. Thank you so much for helping my sister and I have a good trip back home to visit friends and relatives.

We can't think of anything. It was all nice and pleasant. We stay at the Hampton Inn in Moss Point usually but found the last visit to be very outdated and not as clean or nice. Keep up the good work and we will be back.
