It was nice for the price. I will stay here again. It is clean, comfortable and it's a great location with my son living in Kimberling city, Lampe area. The other ones I stayed were way over by Silver Dollar City. It was a great price for me too. All I am looking for if a clean room, place to shower and sleep. Probably won't ever use the microwave, coffee maker. tv. I stay at my son's house till around 1030pm in the evening, then drive here, shower and bed. Usually gone by 8am back to my sons for breakfast. So, not spending a bunch of money for my needs, this is perfect. Juanita was very friendly. Thanks

The only thing is the toilet is so small, and low to the floor. Dad stayed with me, and he has bad knees. There is no grab bar on the wall next to the toilet. He said that he had to grab the sink to help get up. Also, where the carpet meets the hard floor in the sink area, you can feel the carpet tack strip along the seam coming up through the carpet. It was like stepping on thumb tacks on bare feet in some areas. It got my attention real quick. Everything else was good.

Had a few special requests for management, and they went above what I expected them to do. Made everything so easy it's quiet it's convenient it's clean, air conditioning and showers perform well and beds were comfortable.. only issue we had was that the ice machine had been out of service for a while and it had just been restarted so the ice wasn't as readily available as hoped but no big deal we made it through and still didn't have to buy any ice. Very convenient for the location we were destined for. We definitely will be back.

Just low ice availability, that got enough to get us through.

Call the hotel and book directly. Booking sold me travel insurance that wasn’t needed because the hotel offers same day cancellation anyway

Like all hotels there were some noisy guests but that can’t be avoided. It was pleasant and quiet for the most part. It is an older facility in a rural area so don’t expect a new Hilton. But nice enough that I’ll definitely return

If WiFi was available, there were no password in the room or not mentioned at checkin. Not a huge deal, but it would e been nice to have that available. Appreciated that parking places for boats were reserved for each room and held because we had to do a late checkin.

There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property. I will be back at some point. Good value and location. Beds were excellent and comfy.

I liked our location; really not too far from anything. Our room was cozy and looked just like the website. Staff was nice and I would stay there again.

The only thing I didn't like was parking, but they really can't help that with the way it's set up. The carpet in our room was kind of gross looking, but it didn't smell and everything else was clean.

Ice machine went down 1 day but they had it serviced and back up the very next day!

I love staying on the Branson West side for the quietness and this was a nice quiet place off major roads. The bed was great. Warm water for all showers. Clean. The owners are good people; kind and caring. They helped me out when I was delayed in my arrival to easily get in my room. She told me if I had any problems while in town she would help me out.

Good parking if your headed to the lake. Priced well for type of room It was clean, and im a blacklist tester. Nice Italian restaurant in walking distance. Very comfortable and my daughter and I felt safe. Good ac,hot water, wifi, crisp sheets, and mini-fridge.

It is an older motel, so it's not sleek and modern. Older furnishings.

Loved being on the back side of SDC. No traffic going in. Wish it had a comfy chair. I'll bring my own camp chair next time. Plenty of room to eat, make drinks, and a nice refrigerator. Comfy beds. Plenty of hot water. Super hosts made us feel like we had a friend before we arrived.

That my review might not keep it a secret and we'll have to fight for reservations. No pets no barking dogs. win win.

This is a nice family run motel. The wife checked us in and couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The room is pretty basic and a little dated, but very clean and functional. Bed was very comfortable. Had a great night's sleep. Nice family restaurants were very close with good food.
